First time I went to H & R BlockThe lady that took care of me was very nice and relaxed.She seemed to know her business. She did well and I only needed a short form style of help.I do feel is is a little pricey though. Cost more than I expected. Its not the emoyees fault, but if I can find a little cheaper place, I will. I moved here from Westland and it was 75.00 less there. Again, it was only what they call a short form for taxes..

The staff is welcoming and the tax agent was very thorough and made sure I understood everything going on with the breaking down of my refund to how I was paying for the service. I trust this agency and have been using your services since I was 18 . I recommend you guys to everyone.
