Hands down the BEST pharmacy. So beyond thankful I found them. They are amazing! Everyone there is extremely sweet and helpful. I had all of my prescriptions transferred to them after finding them over a year ago. I'll never go anywhere else.

Hands down the BEST pharmacy. Never have to call about my refills, they always have them ready. Everyone is so nice and helpful anytime you have questions. We loved them so much, we had all of our prescriptions transferred to them from cvs.

I had no idea there were compound pharmacies in the area. I'm on a plant-based medication for my adrenal gland and had been out. When I finally got my Rx for a refill and she called about filling it, I explained what had happened and I know the turnaround time, but she made sure I got it quickly. Even had it delivered so I could get back on track because I get out of work after they're closed. The first script they delivered, too. Thankful for the people in this pharmacy.... VERY thankful

They supply my dad's meds. Highland Pharmacy is always professional and kind while filling the scripts. They are on time and unlike the "chain stores" their service to patients certainly deserves a 5.star.rating

I have been using Highland Pharmacy exclusively since 2015. After using a chain Pharmacy that never had there stuff together or had the correct amount of medication to fill my rx it was recommended that I give them a try. I was absolutely blown away by the staff. They are beyond friendly and professional. They have never let me down. They deliver every single time. I will never go to another pharmacy!!Big thank you to the staff for being amazing!!

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever used. They’re closed half the time they never call you back and let you know the status of your prescription or if there’s an issue they take forever to fill a prescription and they were very rude and expensive. do not go there.

This is by the far the best pharmacy I have ever used. They even go out of their way to help me contact my doctors when the doctors don't put my refills in. It takes about 5 total minutes talking to them on the phone to get things done, it's always very fast. And all the people I have spoken to have always been very kind to me and they never seem like they are trying to rush me off the phone.

I would never recommend this place to anybody. I have been charged last minute for medicines because they would switch manufacturers and not feel the need to let parents know. I have given the wrong medications for my 2 1/2 year old MEDICALLY FRAGILE SON ON A SUCTION MACHINE, I have been given wrong information numerous times. I have chased prescriptions around from my son's doctors, to find out two days later that the prescription had been sitting on a desk and they just didn't find it a priority because they were overwhelmed over the holidays at that time, so the girl on the phone just lied to me instead and my son had to struggle over the holidays. I am a 24-hour caregiver to my child and cannot even drive him alone much less chase down medications. I have had my DATES labeled wrong on my medically fragile Son's medication NUMEROUS TIMES, and the staff just plays it off like it's a joke. I was told false information this past Friday, WHICH LEFT ME NO TIME TO FIND A BACKUP COMPOUND AS THEY ARE VERY HARD TO COME BY, and the Pharmacist was so incredibly rude about it, non chalant and blew me off, which was not the first time, and instead of trying to fix the situation, proceeded to repeat their hours of operation and tell me their compound pharmacists was on vacation. My son that has had five Brady cardiac arrest due to choking, and lived a year in the hospital has had to struggle all weekend because they left us no time to find another pharmacy to be able to fill compounds. If I could give this place if I could give this place a zero, I absolutely would. Their lack of customer consideration and urgency is EXTREMELY CONCERNING.

I am so happy I was told about this pharmacy. They know me by name and always go the extra mile to help. The lady at the desk giving out the prescriptions is always always friendly and caring. Love this pharmacy!!

Always top notch, friendly, and personalized service. There's no reason to go back to one of the Mega-Pharmacies, where all you are is another number, always waiting in line.
