One of the worst places to deal with when renting a car I wouldnt advise anyone to do business here the workers are very rude and Unproffesional also the car you request is not what you get and they are never ready to go

400 a week for a "mid size" SUV that is filthy on the inside and smells like WEED! I would give zero stars if Google would let me. Go anywhere else for your car rental.

The car was in exellent condition. The easiest car rental in my experience, they let you know what you need ahead of time so there's no fuss when you arrive.

When you don't have a premium package which brings connectivity to your Tesla rental, you're not able to communicate, control, or check the charging status of the car when you are away, or download/install software updates, use live navigation, and many things..... it costs only $9.99/mo. Renting this vehicle costs hundreds of dollars a week, it shouldn't be an issue!!!...

The engine was smoking up within less than 72 hours of use, had to pay over $500+ to tow THEIR vehicle and pay the full amount of the rental agreement, and customer service has done nothing to help the situation. They also don't care if you're a loyal customer or not.

Absolute trash. In my opinion, they are deceptive with what they tell you and what happens when you get to their location. I would not recommend.

Friendly customer's service. Booked a car a night or so before and car was there. Car was clean and charged.
