Contacted their medical office via the Internet and filled out all the information that they required before they would even read your medical issue. About a week later I received an email stating they were unable to address my medical issue and provided a way to contact a local position. The next thing I know my credit card is trying to be charged for $77 along with constant text messages and emails threatening to affect my credit rating and sending my bill to a collections agency. The weird thing is the email says that the doctor has submitted his bill and that's why I'm being charged and I never talked to a medical professional either via the Internet or on the telephone or any other Medical Professional from that company. Beware it's a hoax

0/0 absolutely terrible. Went in with a list of tests from my doctor. Told me they they don’t do these, when I sent there specifically. After explaining I knew they’d have to send some out, they decided they could do them. Had 3 ladies in there, none of them knew which equipment to use for a blood culture. I had to be poked twice, because the lady bent one in my arm, then the one lady said “oh I can’t.. that’s so much blood” as they’re taking my blood. Go ANYWHERE else

Poor communication with referring physician; late results led to delayed care of patient with a serious condition. (This seems consistent with other recent reviews, and may represent a systemic issue that needs to be addressed)

I have anxiety and PTSD this was supposed to help those 2 conditions, the first scheduled appointment I was not notified that they were not coming, no call no show. I contacted the office and asked to file a complaint with a supervisor. The supervisor told me I would be first of the day between 9 and 10 Saturday.Today is my second appointment, I had to call and text a supervisor with little to no help. The phlebotomist was 2 hours late for my appointment. Did I mention that I have anxiety? Waiting with no update makes that would make anxiety worse for anyone. Ruined my hope for less anxiety in the medical system.If your getting paid to care for me as a patient you need to respect that.

Extremely unsatisfied. Very poorly ran business. Had to call multiple times to try and get an order done and it still wasn't taken care of despite being told it would be handled. Can't get ahold of any supervisors. I've never in my life been so upset with a business. I wish there was less than 1 star I could give.

They want the best of the best…for the worst of the worst job. How about they open up their eyes to potential employees. If you observe the daily frequency of job openings they post on all media platforms. You’ll notice a pattern. They need more help to run a business. But the people find themselves looking at reviews like these. They find themselves wondering why they even bothered to attempt going for an interview. To find out a business that can’t run itself, and for sure can’t pay an adequate amount of money. Is why they are here nonstop searching every second to make someones life hell when working at their company

If I could give this company ZERO STARS I would! STAY AWAY!!!!Very unreliable, unorganized and unprofessional! I had contacted the company for an at home blood draw. I was informed that I would get a phone call for a time. I did not get a confirmation call and it was a NO SHOW!When I tried to call the company, for answers, no one responded to my calls or voicemails!Days later after multiple calls, I got in touch with Ashley who said that they would be out Saturday from 9-12. NO ONE SHOWED or CALLED!I’ve had to reschedule my dad’s appointment TWICE already!HORRIBLE SERVICE!

My review is about billing. I had a urine test done at my doctor's office and supposedly sent to Helix Diagnostics. Six months later I was billed, which I promptly paid. Two months later I received another bill for the same and call them. They will look into it and call me back. Doesn't happen. I call them again and go over everything. She will call me back. Doesn't happen. Now, two months later, I received another bill. I go to my explanation of benefits and Helix Diagnostics isn't even the company that the insurance company paid! Plus, my share is ZERO! Big fat 0!! Now how do I get my money back from this company that keeps billing me?

We have zero consistency with this company. They change reps on full accounts with no contacts from upper management. Empty promises and home orders have been a horrible experience for our practice. I would not recommend them to any office who has high expectations for their patients.

Recently I had a simple urine test ran, typical lab charge $35-65 dollars for this test. That's the reasonable and customary amount where I am. There was an issue with the billing. I suspect my primary care Doctor didn't pass along the correct information for the Lab, which isn't surprising since that same Doc billed an exorbitant $674 for a 16 minute office visit dated March 2021. That was separate from Helix . In an attempt to clear up the billing error Bob from Helix Diagnostics reached out to me to resolve the issue. hopefully it has been resolved. fingers crossed
