We’ve come here for our taxes for the last couple of years and everyone in this office goes above and beyond every single time! This year, Caity closed my grandmothers trust and was absolutely PHENOMENAL during the entire process! She explained everything thoroughly and was so friendly and kind. This particular trust was quite difficult so Caity consulted a number of other professionals in order to get the answers that she needed and the best deal for us as well. Nothing but amazing things to say about this office!

I would not recommend Gulla at all! Last year I filed taxes with them and they messed up my return pretty bad by adding an extra individual to my return. I had to go back in and refile. It was at this time that things went downhill fast. It’s now been over a year and I am still dealing with the this and every time I call I either get hung up on or treated very poorly by what I imagine is a receptionist named holly. They always promise to call back and never do. James the CPA is either not getting the messages from holly or is just ignoring the messages. Either way be prepared to deal with a poor attitude from holly and a lack of follow up from James. I started with this company when it was Butler (before they were bought out by Gulla) and had been with them for over 7 years. It’s just sad to be treated this way after being a stable customer for so many years.
To sum it up I will never file with them again and I wouldn’t recommend them at all.

If you’re looking for a new accounting or tax firm, then Gulla CPA is the place for you. Their experienced CPA’s have prepared both my personal and business returns for several years now. Gulla CPA also handles all of my corporate matters including representation in a UIA Audit and filing for the Employee Retention Tax Credit (ERTC) which resulted in a qualified tax refund for my business. Additionally, they offer assistance for my business bookkeeping and estimated tax payments as needed. Their professionalism, experience, and excellent customer service is invaluable to me. I highly recommend Gulla CPA for all your personal and business accounting and tax needs.

In the beginning I was concerned when my former CPA Rob Butler sold his company to Gulla CPA Firm (Waterford, MI), was concerned that I would not receive the same service as I did for over 20 years with Rob . He had to sell his company because he was diagnosed with a rare form of Lymphoma, only 2500 people in the united states had his type and less that 80,550 people world wide had this form. Rob finally Won his fight with Cancer last year. I say won because now the war is over and he can rest.He was also a very dear friend. He didn't just sell his company to any firm that would buy it. He cared about each and everyone of his clients and he wanted to make sure all of us would be well taken care of before the transition occured.He had just gotten me stable with my taxes and on a formula that allows me to work as a disabled individual and not worry about owing the IRS or not pay enough to where I will be penalized in the futureHe assured me I was in good hands with Gulla CPA. He told me he would never allow a company he built be handed to just any company. Even facing death, he was still concerned about making sure the people he left behind was well taken care of.The Staff at Gulla CPA, everyone, is exactly as Rob said they would be. No matter where you are with your taxes. This firm has your back. I have been with them for 3 years now and I can't say enough. But YOU CAN TRUST that they will do the very best they can do to make sure you are well taken care of.They are a Team, when one is unable to assist at any given time there is someone on the team that will. Notice I didn't say the word Can, I said the word WILL assist. They all work together. You can trust the whole team to be there for you.I don't work for Gulla CPA, nor did they give me any type of compensation or endorsement to write this review.
