A little steep on price for a 9 year old haircut, i understand the costs needs to be weighed out. She only removed half an inch. It seemed like she knows what they are doing though.

I went for a haircut and asked for 6 or 7 inches trimmed off my hair. It was down to the small of my back. The woman cut off at least 12 inches. It's now at my shoulders. That is so horrible! I hate my haircut and I have to wait a long time for it to grow back in. I like my hair long but now it's short and even looks frumpy. What's worse is that there were a few spots that she cut uneven that i had to fix. I will never go back there and I've been going there for seven years.I am very unhappy! Terrible job!

Lana was the best i have curly hair so I was worried about getting a hair cut but she took her time and I love my hair cut I just moved into town and I can’t imagine going anywhere else to get a hair cut

This place is a joke. Made an appointment, arrived for appointment on time and the lady just sat someone else down. Mentioned I had a 5 o'clock appointment, at 5 o'clock, and was told I'd have to wait. The kicker is the dark haired person I spoke with had a funky attitude with me. It's no wonder this place has all 1 star reviews. Terrible people skills. What's the point of taking an appointment if the establishment can't hold it?
