Gerry's Auto Care Inc. is considered the best in Waterford, a top-notch and honest auto repair shop well above the Dixie Strip. The mechanics are personable, knowledgeable, and take the time to explain necessary service, showing exhausted parts. They are known for reasonable prices, great value, and reliable work, providing amazing customer service that is hard to find. The atmosphere is comfortable and respectful, with a fully stocked waiting room offering free drinks and snacks and gorgeous flowers out front. Customers report being well taken care of, with the staff going above and beyond, such as finding special tools to avoid extra charges or running extensive diagnostics to save thousands of dollars compared to a dealership. The experience cannot be improved, making it a decent place people look forward to visiting for everything from a quick oil change to major repairs.
