Every experience I have had inside both Waterford locations, the Highland Rd-M59 and Dixie Hwy locations have always provided the best quality service.The staff always make sure to great me promptly and all have a great attitude every single time I go into either one of these locations

We were having issues with our checking due to an outside company and Phil K. assisted us. He was extremely professional, helpful, and calming. We have been very happy with Genisys thanks to people like him. P.S. - he deserves a raise ?!

Genisys CU is a great place to bank!!! I have been a member for about 5 years and I have NEVER had a bad experience. They are so much better than the regular bank. I will be a member for a life-time!!! Everyone is so nice and professional.

Everytime I call I get no answer been calling non stop for a week this is ridiculous all I want to know is their coin machine in the lobby and working last time I went I was told it was working get there and it was broken

I came into the lobby to speak with someone regarding my account. I was pleasantly impressed with whom I was dealing with. Her name was Wendy McKervey. Top 10 with a gold star!! She took the time to go over all of my issues as well as exceeding my issues with providing me with letters to help me.I’ve been to two other locations and they were no where as respectful, helpful and pleasant to deal with as my experience with Wendy. She rocks!!

I have heard nothing but great things about Genisys, but realizing my inner circle consists of an older generation, and maybe that's why I am encountering complications? They use a made up credit score system, or should I say their system is not up to par. I inquired to find they solely use Experian, that's fine, luckily I have the Experian app, where it shows me 699, and oddly enough Genisys shows 575. Even when presenting this, they told me their system rarely updates, which still made no sense because my score has been stable. My auto loan experience was ridiculous, due to their "non-updating system", they offered me 3g down, 500+/month payment with a 17% APR (LOL), My partner and I walked out of there laughing as we went to his bank, and got 0 down, 4 months no payment, way lower monthly payment and a 7% APR. This turned me off from ever recommending this credit union. Now recently something else sour has popped up; I have had direct deposit into this account from my employer for quite some time, and just in the last few weeks they have been holding my direct deposits, definitely not providing "immediate access to funds" through a systematic deposit that has been regularly making deposits on my account for 6+ months. I just get a knot in my stomach because I really thought I was making the right choice with this credit union but so far, they can't offer anything to me that Netspend or online banking couldn't offer. I don't see the benefits here what so ever, and if I'm honest, I plan on switching credit unions to a more "in the times" and reliable establishment.

The rudest drive through teller I've ever had.Wouldn't accept a check from my employer who also direct deposits my paycheck everyweek.Highly recommend using the white lake location.

Worst location, everyone is incompetent and take forever. Worst bank too, never approve loans and hold your money to take the interest so you can spend it and make them less money. Any other bank would be better. Worst credit union, they charge fees on things any other credit union doesn't.
