The customer service by the LADIES (including Heather and the African-American woman - don’t know her name) who works at this Fifth Third location, has to be the absolute worst I’ve seen or experienced across several banks I do business with. And as an expert in hospitality and customer service, I’ve had my fair share of bad experiences but theses ladies are certainly amongst the worst; if not thee worst. Their attitudes and unprofessionalism are unmatched. It’s like they go out of their way to be rude. I happen to frequent this location out of convenience, multiple times a week (depositing large amounts of cash, AR checks, and simply getting change) as it is across the street from 1 of the 3 hotels I manage and EVERY TIME I am met by one of these ladies and their attitude. I DO NOT recommend this location. In fact, I am working with my business partners to have our accounts closed and moved else where. Which is so unfortunate as our company has banked with Fifth Third for years. I would suggest some additional customer service training for these ladies ASAP as they would benefit from even the basic customer service training 101!

I had some issues to resolve from my mother recently passing away. I contacted Micha a couple times for help. She got back to me very quickly with my questions and gave me clear instructions of what I could & couldn't do next. It was nice to have someone be their, to guide me through.Thank You Micha

The teller HEATHER was very friendly and professional. She did an amazing job holding everything down it looked like they were short staffed but she managed to stay positive and keep a pleasant attitude.

I had a great experience inside this bank. The teller and manager were both very friendly and easy to work with. Everything was explained to me perfectly and my time spent in the bank was very quick and efficient.

Been banking here with my Business for years. And still treated like not important and have to work on there schedule. Waited in lobby to see manger for 20 minutes. Only reason they noticed my presence was after complaining. While 3 people working in there office. Probably playing solitary on the computer. Still never lifted a finger. Then I was informed it was going to be at least another 30 minutes to talk someone. What a joke. Time to move my banking.

Absolute worse bank Iv ever done business with. I own my own painting company and the bank waited over 12 days to releases funds on a check that was already cleared. Tried to close my account and just get my business money and they wouldn't even give me my money or close my account until the 12 days passed. Still currently Waiting to close my account and get my company's money. Iv used them for two years keep my account in good balance and always get hit with random fees and charges. I highly recommend banking anywhere else in the world because 5/3 is trash.

Worst bank ever for customer service. They tell you wrong info every time and drive they waits are 10-15 min before they even get to it with Zero people in the bank. It's rediculous. And the app doesn't work most of the tome
