Ken at Emmett Energy in Waterford was great. He helped to repair a gas line to our gas fireplace and also spruced up the fireplace itself. It is now functioning infinitely better than previously. I would happily recommend Emmett Energy to anyone who needs fireplace work done, and especially recommend Ken!

I wasn't sure if I needed to replace my fireplace, but Ken assured me "all was well". He was patient and knowledgeable, and he explained how some of the features worked. He answered all of my questions and concerns. I have an older fireplace insert with which he was very familiar. We determined that he may have even been the person who installed my fireplace 30 years ago - that's a lot of years of experience!!!!!! Emmett's Energy is now my "go to" place for all of my fireplace needs!

Ken did a great job! He just left our house which we moved into 4 years ago, but haven't used the two gas fireplaces because we wanted them looked at first. Ken is extremely pleasant and professional, taking the time to demonstrate how each fireplace remote works. You should feel extremely comfortable having him in your home!

This is one of the best companies (of any kind) I have worked with! Frank is great! I bought my dream house last year- a 1988 custom home. I have been doing many updates and upgrades. I really wanted a wood burning stove installed into my existing fireplace. They explained the process, set me up with a very thorough inspection so that every detail was covered. Unfortunately I cannot have a beautiful stove installed. I am very disappointed BUT I am very very thankful that Frank walked me through every step and detail. He was honest and did offer me some options but agreed at this time it just would not be financially appropriate .This company was referred to me by a close friend and see why! I cannot recommend them enough.

We had a lock down cover put on our chimney by Emmett's about 3 years ago.They did a great job. We recently noticed that the cover was in the up position and we could not get it to close. We stopped by their store and was told that their service people can't go on our roof to service it. They were on the roof to install it. They said they would call us back after talking to thei service manager but never did. Don't buy anything from them if you think you might need to service it in the future.

Shout out to Frank at Emmett's Energy West. We bought a stove 30 + years ago from Emmett's Energy and needed a part. He spent a good deal of time and effort trying to locate it. He sent me a link to a web site for old stove parts and 3 days later its on my porch. Its the exact part needed. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend this company and Frank. Emmett's will always be my first call.
