BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE! Do no go to this place! Took my car here with two issues and after a month and $1600 neither issue was resolved and one was actually worse! Bob basically tells me there’s nothing he can do but continue to guess the problem and charge me more money! This guy is a crook/Liar and a absolute idiot of a mechanic. Bye far the worse service I’ve ever had on anything EVER! YOU’VE BEEN WARNED! ⚠️⚠️⚠️

i paid 1300 dollars to fix an oil leak. they only fixed part of the problem and when i brought it back in because it was still leaking they said it would cost another 1500 dollars for them to go back in and fix it the first time. surely it wouldnt have cost them that much if they just fixed the problem fully the first time no? the only reason i am leaving 2 stars is because they are a friendly bunch. however that doesnt change the fact that they screwed me over thisService: Engine repair

This man is a life saver!! We were in town for a concert for my son's birthday and our truck broke down at the event. The tow truck driver brought our SUV here. He was honest, trustworthy and was able to get us home on my birthday! In a world full of people taking advantage of others it was so nice to know there are honest good people still!! Thank you so much Bob you are the best!!! I wish you lived closer so you could be our new mechanic!!

The owner Bob personally took care of me at the counter both times that I came in. He’s a very genuine and agreeable man, and he was able to get my car in immediately and inspected within two hours.I came in because I knew my brake line was leaking. My car is old, and the bottom has a lot of rust. I was aware of this and just hoping to keep it running for another year at most and told Bob as much.Unfortunately the rust was far worse than I’d thought (I am no mechanic!) and he had to inform me that the rear axle was one pothole away from breaking free and falling out.A dishonest person could have fixed the brake line and charged me and I wouldn’t have been any the wiser until I had an accident.But Bob not only gave me an honest evaluation, he even showed me in person exactly what the issue was and the extent of it. I live within a mile so I elected to drive it home so I could potentially sell it as-is for parts. He grabbed some of his own brake fluid and filled up my leaky system just to give me a safer drive home. The absolute above and beyond of it all? He didn’t charge me the inspection fee he’d quoted me the day prior, he gave me my car back and said if I have any issues with my new vehicle to stop on by.Not sure it’s even possible to treat your customers better than the owner does. I will absolutely be coming back, and I’ll be recommending this shop to anyone with an ear to listen.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Drayton Auto Care is a fabulous old-school auto maintenance and repair shop, whose work is outstanding! I've been going there for years. The owner, an older gentleman named Bob, is as honest, customer-service oriented, sharp, and knowledgeable as they come.If we are waiting for diagnostics, Bob always makes my seven-year-old boy and I as comfortable as he can: coffee, hot coco, lifesaver mints, sodas, the smallish box tv & the remote for my little guy, anything he can think of (!) is offeredThe repair/maintenance work is always top notch, of course, and he stands fully behind it. Bob will be sure to tell you if he thinks he and the crew may be able to repair a worn/damaged part, and offers this lower cost option as alternative to replacing it with new, so you have a choice.That's Old-School, a rare gem these days.
