Love dons auto. He is always very upfront and honest. Never pushes anything unwanted unless it's a safety concern. And he is quick!!! I would give 10 starts if I could.

Don and his staff do wonderful work, are efficient and very trustworthy! They are probably THE most stand-up shop I've ever had the pleasure to have work on my vehicles! I say vehicles because they've done great work on the 4 I've taken to him in yhe last 16 years! I hope you never retire Don!

I brought my vehicle here because it was making a noise. They got it in a bay within 10 minutes and 20 minutes later were able to tell me what the issue was along with something else they found. They let me know it wasn't something I needed to have done right away but eventually should be addressed. I appreciate the honesty instead of making it sound like it should be done immediately. My car was done within 24 hours and Don communicated everything with me. The staff was also friendly and easy to talk to. Fantastic experience! Don got me in when all the other places were booked a week out. Very thorough and called me promptly as soon as he knew what was in need of repair. Fixed my power steering cooler in record time! I will definitely be back!

Called and made an appointment for a simple oil change. Went in early to drop it off (wasn’t even in a hurry to get back all day) and was told they couldn’t get me in at all that day and to try again tomorrow. I didn’t even get any sort of courtesy call and had to drive 15 minutes across town. What’s the point of an appointment if you’re going to make other appointments? Seems like a very unorganized operation.Edit. If you don’t take appointments then why did your employee tell me to come in the next day at 9? Sounds like an appointment to me but maybe you shouldn’t say that if you don’t take appointments.
