Honestly I’m frustrated…I was going to schedule an inspection but the scheduling makes no sense. They said drop it off whenever. Not explaining if I’m leaving it over night and not giving a proper schedule time. I’m an adult with a job, I can’t just leave my car on the spot in that moment.I tried getting the women to better explain when I could get the car inspected and how long it may take. She just kept staring at me blankly…so then she eventually went on to tell me how “his schedule is in his head” as if that’s a professional way to get customers scheduled in. So then they told me they could “try” to get me in or I’d have to leave my car over night… I found my experience unprofessional and lacking direction. I’ve heard amazing things about this place and was really hoping to get that same quality service as my friends and family have…
