The people who work there are fine. CVS is currently going through lawsuits. They are experiencing supply issues due to the lawsuits.

I needed to pick up photos, so clearly couldn’t use the self service kiosk. I stood waiting at the counter for about 5 minutes and no one came to help me. So I proceeded to look for someone, and found Kim in a nearby aisle. When I asked if someone could help me at the register she said in a condescending manner, “or there’s self service kiosks” yeah obviously I saw the self service kiosks, I’m not an idiot Kim. I needed help. When I told her how rude it was that she dismissed me in that manner, she goes “I hope you have a nice day” when we were still in the middle of the transaction. Clearly, dismissing me again. Kim really needs to work on her attitude towards working and doing her JOB. I even told her I was going to leave a review and still no apology or admittance of doing something wrong. Sure self service stuff is nice when you’re in a hurry, but not when you actually need a persons help and they leave the register unattended and make you feel like a bother for needing their help.

I came to this location today for Halloween candy. There were jumbo size Reese cups and Kit Kats with a 3.99 sign in front of them. When I got to check out the price that showed up was significant more. I got the attention of the cashier Justin regarding this. He walked to the area with me where the sign was on display. He did not want to adjust the price as this was an error on their part. He was very rude to me about this situation. I will no longer shop at this location as I frequent it often. Managers please educate your team on putting price tags in the proper area in your store.

It's always clean with hood customer service. Long lines at times but no big deal. I took a star off because of their prices are very high compared to most places. You can find certain items here that you can't find anywhere else.
