I came to this location today for Halloween candy. There were jumbo size Reese cups and Kit Kats with a 3.99 sign in front of them. When I got to check out the price that showed up was significant more. I got the attention of the cashier Justin regarding this. He walked to the area with me where the sign was on display. He did not want to adjust the price as this was an error on their part. He was very rude to me about this situation. I will no longer shop at this location as I frequent it often. Managers please educate your team on putting price tags in the proper area in your store.

I was in about 15 minutes ago, I was in the womens bathroom, I hadn't got a chance to lock the door and a man walked in. But that's not why I'm rating this nasty store a one. Because of the man walking into the woman's room I immediately left the woman's rest room, I then went into the mens and locked the door as I was closing it.... I almost pucked the trash can was overflowing there was dry p*** all over the toilet, the toilet paper was literally sitting on the foor, sink was dry soap all over it. The floors were the cleanest iteam in there!! I walked out... now I think about it that's maybe why the guy went to the womens room, hoping for a halfway clean restroom! After I found a clean place to use, I called the store, the man said he was a manager, he did not seam to give a p*** about it, he said He cleaned it 2 days ago, I told him to go look at it, he said he'd been in there today! Then told me they have a cleaning company that cleans it (wait he told me he cleaned it 2 days ago)! If this is what they alow customers( whom some are sick) to see and deal with, what does what customers can't see look like? Are they clean? I hope so but doughy it.. and they handle medication and first aid items! I hope to god this is felt with because someone is going to get sick if there not already and may get worse because of this.

I use the CVS that is on Williams and Cooley Lake Road. I call them my CVS family. They truly treat me with respect, kindness, and love. I love the staff so much in the pharmacy when we moved about 25 minutes away I did not change my Pharmacy I drive that far numerous times a month just so I can see my CVS family. I would rate them a 10 if possible, and I would recommend them to anyone.

They were so pleasant! Three people asked me if I needed help! I may go out of my way once in a while to go here!

I preface this with the fact that I have been using this particular CVS as my primary pharmacy and have not had a problem. I recently went online to CVS and did Christmas cards for work. I pick picked them up at this CVS and they were a mess. They did resolve the issue through another CVS after speaking with a manager, the employee I dealt with was useless. We went to this CVS to have passport photos taken for our daughters yesterday. It took 45 minutes because the employees could not figure out what was wrong with the printer. The photos failed to meet the requirements at the Township. Went back and had them re-taken, failed a second time at the township. Returned to CVS and the time they could not re-take the photos because someone broke the camera (probably over someone's head :). Received a refund and will try another CVS, hoping this is not endemic within CVS. Run from this store if you need anything other than pharmaceuticals!
