My favorite beauty supply store to shop at. All the ladies are so nice and so helpful. If one is unable to answer my question, one of the other women will step in and help with an answer. A very easy and comfortable place to shop. Thanks for making every visit enjoyable.

Love this store. I shop here and at the West Bloomfield location on Northwestern. New management is incredible and Taylor is also a hair professional so she can formulate with us. Ask her about hair solutions you won't be disappointed!

First time in this establishment it was very clean and organized. The only drawback was the cashier. Allison was unable to help my wife with what she was looking for. My only suggestion is I know times are tough and it's hard to get people to work but if you're working in a profession such as Salon Product Services, you need to have a full grasp of the product that you are selling to the consumer. If not, there can be liability issues if a customer gets the wrong product put on their hair. And nobody wants that. Perhaps ensure that the person working for the business has knowledge of the product and services that are being sold before hiring. Also, it's all about first impressions and I didn't feel welcome coming in. I know times are rough, but that doesn't give people the right to have a poor personality. Customer service is paramount and key to maintaining a successful business. The money will come, but it's all about the energy that you put out to others.

I love this place for all my professional needs. Ida the store manager is great and the other sales staff are so helpful and knowledgeable. Always nice on the phone and eager to help. The store is spotless, orderly and everything’s so easy to find. These girls are the greatest.Great place to shop.
