As always, Cooley Tire and Auto Service fixed my recent repair in record time! They were able to accommodate my timeframe to bring it in, and get it fixed in time to take to work. They are considerate to notify me of any possible up coming needed service too, so I can accommodate my time and affordability to keep my car running well.

Phenomenal service and excellent staff! Cooley tire super stars include: Zach and Al!! We have been regular customers of theirs and they always take great care of us. My husband had a flat and they took care of it free of charge just because we are good customers. We continue to be blown away by their many act of kindness and superb service.

Belle tire no more! I got fed up with the lack of knowledge and long waits for simple items at the big name tire discount stores… the lobby here is MUCH nicer than any other I’ve been too and the guys were super friendly and knowledgeable. I will be back in the future.

I took my car for service to them just to swap tires. They have damaged 3 out of 4 wheels. When I confronted the manager he called me a lier. So I just paid and left. I understand it's his work against mind. My car is less than year old. If you take your car there make sure you take pictures before and after. They will not own any damages accrued while the car is in their possession. On one wheel you can see scratches on wheel and brand new tire.

Brought my 2012 f150 there for a leaking rear main seal. They did a very thorough diagnosis and didn’t cut any corners fixing the leak. They made sure to replace the oil pan gasket which is also a known issue for this vehicle.While it was there I got new tires also. They replaced a bearing hub and rebuilt a front CV axle and didn’t charge me labor for either.Truck is driving better than the day I bought it.I feel like they took care of my truck for a reasonable price. Very happy. Thank you.

Did a long driving trip this past summer. Ended up in Waterford needing new tires. My son-in-law recommended this place, and they got new tires put on my car in a timely and reasonably priced manner. That was August. I just now (December ) got a text from them asking how things were with my tires! What a lovely up. Definitely 5 stars for this place!!

Awesome guys. Took my car there because the engine in my vehicle was making a loud knocking noise. I got there at 4pm and they looked at it right away even though it was the end of the day. They even gave me a ride home. I ended up getting my car towed to the dealership since I still had a warranty on it. Cooley tire didn’t charge me anything to look at it and diagnose the problem, so I’m extremely grateful for that. Will definitely be using them in the future for my car service needs.

Had stopped by as a small sharp screw got picked up in a new car lease vehicle we picked that same day. We called the dealership and they “didn’t do” tire repairs unless we paid for that add-on while we were signing the contract (which 100% ridiculous)Stopped at Cooley Tire and we were immediately treated amazingly and the tire was plugged, wrapped up in under 10 minutes- and at no cost, even when I offered. “Just leave a good review” was all that was asked, and here it is. That’s unreal in a time of anything basically being a paywall these days for anything, even for a seconds glance at a problem.I’ll be back to have them quote me tires for my van, soon - and this simply makes me want to come back a 2nd time no matter what. Refreshing and grateful in an age where this so rare anymore.thank you Cooley Tire !!!

Transmission work is something very few shops seem to get right these days especially on a diesel truck. I brought my 2016 Ram 2500 Cummins diesel in a few weeks ago and had a complete trans replacement done and I couldn’t be happier I chose to have the work done at Cooley Tire & auto service.They handled all the paperwork and back a fourth with the warranty company, while keeping a great line of commission with me through the entire process.I use my truck for commercial snow plowing and pulling heavy trailers on a regular basis so quality work and parts are needed and that exactly what they deliveredI’ve put over 500 miles on the truck the first few days after I got it back and it’s never run better.10/10 will be back for future work on my other vehicles as neededService: Transmission
