I would never suggest anyone use this company. They were hired to do an appraisal on my mother's totaled Tesla on or about February 1, 2023. This appraisal was assigned to Kenny Walters. To date they have not completed the report, as a result my mother is stuck in limbo without a settlement or vehicle.
