I’ve been customer at this branch for over 20 years. All employees at this branch are very helpful. And nice. If there’s any problem, they always help me resolve the issue quickly.. especially Sally and Jill who has been working there for a long time. Great customer experience for many years would never go anywhere in any other branch.

They will take your money and give you a loan fast and easy. But you need customer service when their escrow department forgets to pay your home insurance and your insurance cancels. I called for over 2 hours and only getting props the didn't departments only the computer to listen to and go to our web page. No info on web page or props to answer my problem. Their hiding in the basement like Biden. Please do your job and help your clients.

Hmmm, I don't understand all the negative reviews here, because my experience with Citizens Bank in general and with this branch in particular has been quite different. Yes they are a bit short staffed, but I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes or so to be helped, and it's usually much quicker than that. They have the best rates on Home Equity Loans and Student Loan refinancing, and I have used them multiple times for both, no problems. I also have a Business Account and whenever I stupidly mess up and overdraft our account, they have always rescinded the overdraft fee. So I suspect they have thousands of very satisfied customers who don't post reviews, and a few dissatisfied ones who do. So this is my attempt to balance out the negative reviews with a positive one based on many years experience dealing with Citizens Bank and Charter One Bank, which they were called before that.

I have had fraudulent charges come out of my account. I signed a contract when Sally set up my account that stated that my account could not be over drafted but somehow daily I get notifications that my account is in the negative and has been over drafted. I've lost close to $1000 from this bank. I tell them I want to close out the account and they tell me I cant because it's in a negative balance which is there fault in the first place. This is the biggest joke of a bank ever. They are a bunch of cons.

Go in to cash a check once again Saturday morning. 1 teller running drive through and line inside. What ever happened to staffing for the customers??? Apparently their saving money on staff is much more important then the customers time. I waited 15 minutes. Horrible!!!!!!

Worst bank ever!!! They will hold your money from you at will with no good explanation! I have filed a formal complaint aganst them.

They made me wait an hour to do a bank wire and the representative would not shut up with another couple trying to open an account. I'm so mad.
