I opened two accounts at Chase today and was very impressed. I arrived in the morning and Kennedy scheduled an appointment for me at 2 p.m. When I returned several hours later, Kennedy remembered me and directed me to Benjamin Skaglin's office. Benjamin was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. He quickly opened both my accounts and said he would be available for future assistance with my new accounts or my credit cards. The building is a bit dated but the professionalism of both Kennedy and Benjamin made up for it. It was an exceptional banking experience.

*** I am seeing negative reviews have been deleted by who??? Instead of issues corrected.... Thats false advertising if reviews are edited. **** I wanted to find out how late the lobby is open on Saturday since my truck doesnt fit thru the drive thru without hitting mirrors. ( No, nothing crazy, an extended cab ford . ) No accurate- accurate being key word - information on lobby hours on web site. no information on generic answering recorder. No 1 answers phones even during apparent open hours - recording says " no one is available to take your call " and hangs up. Too little service, too many FEES!***** my review was edited but not by me. So I am reposting*****I went to the bank during what was apparently open hours to have a closed sign up. - No explanation, just closed.Had an issue with money being shorted at ATM. ( Shorted $15 )Been with Chase 20 plus years with no disputes. Got treated like I was a thief for inquiring of it.

If I could give zero stars, I would for sure. This is by far the worst banking experience I have ever had. Currently using Chase for business banking and I now know why they call it "Chase", you have to spend every day chasing your money down. We were using the ATM to deposit checks as the branches are not open when we are done working for the day but began having issued where the ATM has an "error". They accept the check and deposit the money into the account and then the next day they take it out with the reason given being "ATM Error". At that point we then have to wait for them to send us a "legal copy" of the check then deposit it again at which point they put they put a 2 week hold on the check. They ended up telling me not to deposit through ATM's. We have since started taking time out of work to go to the bank during business hours only to have them still place holds on the checks. We have never bounced a check or had a check come back as NSF from a deposit we have made. I have spent countless hours on the phone with them trying to resolve these issues that they can't even tell me why the issue exists. It makes it very difficult to run a business when the bank can't even figure out how to handle money.

Beware checks you may give to someone my end up insulting the recipient! I was presented a check drawn from this bank. I called customer service to ask it they would honor it they said yes. I drove over the tellers and mgr did not seem very efficient. My turn i asked if they would honor this check, and was told 10 dollars. Ok then 2 forms of id was presented after several minutes of punching that in the teller dominic ciezerna or something like that then TOLD ME JUST DEPOSIT IT INTO MY OWN BANK IT SHOULD CLEAR IN A COUPLE OF DAYS! I wont accept checks from any chase bank i will not do any business with them my credit score is excellent and they are close to me i was thinking how convenient it could be too. I cant risk upsetting anyone i write a check to might be treated like i was.

Short staffed doesn't mean you take it out on customers by being loud, short and snippy all while repeatedly complaining about employees being taken away and sent to other branches. You didn't ask for that to happen and neither did we. Life emergencies happen and when elderly people are at risk, you don't tell them to make an appointment while their funds sit at risk. Life isn't always by appointment as emergencies do happen. The employee next to Maryann with the long dark hair and bad dye job should not be in customer service. A poor representation for the financial institution. All this happened while a woman with short blonde curly hair sat at the desk making telephone calls.

I swear I would leave this bank teller a worse than a one-star review if possible. I always go through the commercial drive-thru to deposit my cash, and Tamara lost my driver's license when I know I included it with my cash and deposit slip. When she asked me for my license, I told her I had already put it in the drawer with the rest of my deposit. I do it every week. Then Tamara had the audacity to accuse me of never putting my driver's license in the drawer and said she didn't have it. We kept going back and forth.. She was rude and completely incompetent. Mary Ann is great: she is usually the teller who helps me, but she wasn't here today. I decided to go inside the branch in order to find out what happened to my driver's license. Finally, a more intelligent and competent bank teller came over to look in the deposit drawer on their side. Lo and behold my license was in there (just like I kept insisting!) I don't know who this Tamara is, but she needs to learn how to use the equipment properly and treat customers with more courtesy at this branch.

My husband and I were in a time crunch this morning to get a money wire to our title company for closing on our house at 10am. The title provided us instructions after our bank was closed so we knew we had a very short window to make this work. We had tried online and couldn’t get it to work so we figured as long as we show up at opening we could still make it happen. We waited outside the white lake chase bank this morning at 9am. They let us in at 9:05, there were three women working. We explained our situation and time crunch and they would not help us. They said they had other clients. We were the first client in the bank and explained we had very little time. They suggested we go to the chase in highland and a customer told us that it was closed, go to Waterford. We drove the 13 minutes down the road and walked into Waterford chase frazzled and stressed and Dominic helped us immediately! He was kind and professional and made the wire happen. Thank you so much for being the bank we needed! We know which branch we will be using our finances at in the future.

I have delt with Chase for the last 8+ years and customer service has generally been okayy but I usually call the coorp number. Today, I called this specific branch and talked to Becky and she was extremely helpful and pleasant to talk with(: She helped me do something I've been putting off doing for ages because any time that I called the coorp # they made it out to be such a complicated task, but Becky took care of what I needed in a 5 minute phone call. Thank you!!

Been a chase customer for years now.The service on this branch can be hit and miss. The other day the teller short me out $20 and I didn't do nothing about it.The bank must to caught up with the mistake because they refunded my $20 in my account. They get 3 stars for service but will give them 5 for honesty and promptly to fix mistakes.

I went to ask a simple question and was told they were too busy to answer it and don't come back tomorrow because they could be too busy then also. What's the deal. I have checking and savings and Visa with them. Not for long!

First, this happened about a 1 year ago, but I was treated so rudely. That was the only time I had to yell at somebody at a bank.Secondly, when I visited in the middle of pandemic, two people behind the counter were mostly NOT wearing masks. Without masks (or with a mask on chin, or with a mask not covering nose), they kept talking and talking. All the customers in the lobby were wearing proper masks. This means that they do not care about the customers ?

Worst experience ever today. Yes, i understand this is a uncertain time for everyone... but being treated rude, not being acknowledge for over 10 mins when we were the only two in the lobby is not acceptable.Then... when we were finally helped, we were told it’d be at least two hours to open a business account after first. making an appointment. Anyway... thank you for making the decision to use another bank so easy.
