If I could give zero stars, I would. This bank has THE worst people working at it. I've been there countless times (my own fault) in the last year and regret going every single time. If I were the manager, I would fire every single employee working there, they are miserable to deal with. Their customer service is non existent. I am pulling my money out of chase because of this bank as I refuse to deal with them ever again. If I were the manager and saw this review, I would be appalled. NEVER EVER GO HERE!!!!

I needed to break a $100 on a Saturday before a flight and they did it no problem, not even a member there. Great customer service imo!

Seem to be very prejudice, I tried to remove all my money from my account to close it, the manager told me she didn’t feel comfortable releasing all of MY money to me they’ll be willing to release it in increments. Wow smh glad this location is closing

Don’t use this bank. They treat their loyal senior citizens like garbage. During a pandemic, this branch wouldn’t let my grandfather remove any money because his license was expired. Michigan is allowing until September for people to renew. In a fit of rage and uncertainty, he said he wanted to cancel his account. They said you can’t do that without a license. He left. They ended up cancelling is account without his authorization at this point. Now he has no access to his money. How could this bank do this to people? They were wrong in the first place. It’s disgusting.

I’ve been trying for 2 weeks to get an appointment. I understand we are still in a level of pandemic protocol, but seriously! The woman I spoke with on phone today was not any help. All she said is nothing available. Last week I drove to another location and wasn’t even allowed in building.

The manager of this branch seems to be quite impressed with himself. Not a fan. One of a few banks I deal with. This one will fade in to the sunset.
