I went in with my new iPhone 14 and my current phone. I wanted to activate my new phone. I went in and the person who “helped us” was a white lady with red hair. First, she didn’t even acknowledge us at the store, then she didn’t even knew what she was doing. She deactivated my current phone and didn’t know how to activate my new phone. She was googling how to activate my phone on my search bar. Then she called boost and had a very nasty attitude with the representative and myself….
So she left me without an active working phone,
And she just said “ you’re going to have to go somewhere else, it’s not my problem” so there I was without a phone for the day/night because it was close o closing time and I had to wait until the next day. You need to replace her with her nasty attitude.

This review is a couple of years old but wanted to give props to Larry. I purchased an upgraded phone back in 2021 and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was functional before my drive home.

We've had very good experiences at this location. Other locations gave us the run around. This one was straight forward and very helpful. But the best employee at this location was Larry, he went above and beyond to help my son get his phone going and get it on the plan we were trying for. Thank you so much to Larry.

I was informed by boost I had to update my phone. I went to the boost mobile in the Highlander square plaza in Waterford. Larry was fanominal, he explained why I had to change phone then went over all my options and gave me a great deal. I walked out of there wishing I found him years ago. Can't go wrong.

If you are looking for %100 customer satisfaction go to this location and see LARRY, the man knows what he's doing when it comes to phone services. I've had issues with boost employees not knowing anything about the services in the past. Larry was very fast and efficient also was able to help multiple customers at once!

I paid my $80 phone bill before going to boost to get a new phone. I was told I could buy a $169 phone for $15 down and $7 a month. I was happy with the deal until I looked at my bank account and realized Boost withdrew two charges - one for $34.54 and another for $24.54...Besides the deception and not revealing the full chargesI'm constantly given reminders of how much data I've used and my phone is slowed to a snail's pace for my unlimited data package. I'm switching plans.
