Big lots has always been one of my favorite stores but I have to say I was disappointed in the way it looked today, it was a complete mess throughout. Reminded me of the way Burlington looks and I do not go to that store because it is always a disaster, I hope big lots gets it together soon!!

The store is fine but the cashier Ronda is not a pleasant person. We were checking out and declined the big lots reward program Ronda offered us. Once we declined her mood changed and each item we were buying she would pick up, scan, then drop it mid air onto the counter. Very unnecessary and rude. Sorry but that is not how to treat customers. Hope corporate sees this and has her retrained so no one else has to deal with that.

Great staff!Went here on thanksgiving day and received the best service ever.The cashier even loaded our sofa and love seat with me .Definitely recommend this location

It was organized, the staff were prompt and pleasant. The prices seemed higher but that's everywhere right now.

This store used to be so nice! It's a lot more cluttered and messy now for some reason, but I still love Big Lots, they always have really neat stuff!

Always something to find at a reasonable price here. Home goods galore. Pretty extensive food pantry also.
