After being with Beyond Wireless for 6 years they changed their carrier to TMobile. This cut my coverage in half. When I called to see if they could do anything they offered to switch me over to Verizon for an additional monthly fee. I found a new service and attempted to transfer my number which they put a 24 hold on and charged me for an entire month’s worth of service after using only 2 days of that month. Could not recommend them any less. Rude customer service and terrible coverage. You would be better off with 2 cans and a string.

Excellent customer Service!! especially compared to Verizon and Sprint. I've dealt with Verizon and Sprint back and forth for years and there customer service and pricing was ridiculous.( the price was never what they said it would be and it always took 30 minutes on hold just to talk with someone)

Outstanding customer service! I used to be with sprint since 2012 and I am so glad that my husband and I switched... Yesterday, I had issues with phone not allowing me to make calls but only being able to text and use the internet. Joel was on top of it to get the problem resolved. It was fixed for about 10 minutes, then started doing the same thing again. He then delivered a brand new phone for me, activated it & had it ready to use. I will always recommend this company for your phone services!

Personal, too-notch customer service. Andrew is Very pleasant to work with and very helpful. And - A person actually answers the phone! Amazing. (Unless they're very busy and then you might get an answering machine but hey, at least it's not all voice prompts!!)

I am a wmuz listener and was in need of a new phone. I figured I should try them out since they are an advertiser on the radio station. I assumed they were a reputable company with quality service. I called the number several times just to receive a busy signal for two days. Then I called the main line looking to speak with someone and a message was left for an employee to call me back however then never did. It took me calling again before I was able to speak with someone and finally get set up for their service. I should have know better but decided to overlook the lack of follow up and receive the phone in about 3 days or so. To create an online account you need information that is not provided on the statement. I've reached out many times left voicemails and submitted a “ticket†with ZERO follow up!!!! You would think they would want me to pay the phone bill but nope! Not this company! If you are even considering this service provider DONT! Straight talk has far better service plans way cheaper and better customer service!

My experience with Chad from Beyond Wireless was awesome. I have a great phone and affordable service. I highly recommend checking out Sprint and ask for Chad. You will not be disappointed and will wonder why you waited so long. Thanks for great service!
