My family and I have been dealing with Banks for years! We absolutely love them. When you walk in, you're treated like a person and not just a customer! A huge thank you to Josh, he is very polite and professional. I took our vacuum in for a small repair, he was able to fix it on the spot. We will continue to use Banks, they never disappoint!

Mike G. at the Bank’s Waterford Store was AMAZING! He showed me a few different vacuums and was very knowledgeable about each one. I decided on the Sebo Canister Vacuum…my first one. Mike thoroughly explained to me how to use the vacuum. Very professional! I would recommend Bank’s to anyone looking for a quality vacuum and experience!

I went in to Bank's Vacuum today to get my vacuum checked out. Trevor was kind and courteous and unclogged my vacuum in just a few minutes!! ? I highly recommend Bank's Vacuum for your Vacuum or sewing machine repairs.

Banks Vacuum Superstore in Waterford would get 10 STARS, if that was available!!! They stand behind their products 100%. My recent experience renewed my confidence in sales people who really care about their customers. When I called them about my concern I found a real person answered and they listened to my concern. They gave me an instant resolution to my concern and my NEW Sanitaire hard floor cleaner is everything I had hoped it would be!! THANK YOU!!! This place has been around for a long time, and now I know why. I took in my vacuum for warranty service, and they promptly contacted Bissell for the replacement. Kind and friendly Trevor then alerted me when the vacuum had arrived, AND was kind enough to assemble it for me, and carry out to my car. Vacuum repair places are a few and far between, so I'm grateful that such a good one is right around the cornerfrom meme! I highly recommend.
