I'd give them more stars if Google allowed it. I went to O'Reilly's first and was treated abominably. So I drove 2 doors down the road, and went to AutoZone. I was treated like valued, and appreciated customer. The manager himself waited on me, and without me having to ask, he offered to do what the guy at O'Reilly's flat our refused to do (even though O'Reilly's uses doing it, as an advertising gimmick to get people to come to their store).The Elizabeth Lake Road AutoZone Rocks! Thank you.

I went in to have my battery tested cause my light came on. From the moment I walked in the door before I even talked to anyone the guy behind the counter had an attitude. I asked about the battery testing and was met with eye rolls and more attitude. He just acted like he didn't wanna be there. I. Know its cold out and I felt bad but at the same time he could have been a little nicer. I did get.my battery tested and was told it needed charged and that there were chargers available for sale. I ended up leaving and just using a friends charger

My battery died in my 2019 Tahoe yesterday and this AutoZone location was extremely helpful. I had talked to O'Reilly's next door and they said they would not swap the battery. When I went to AutoZone, they came out and started helping right away. I especially want to thank Charles for all of his help. He even pulled tools from his personal set in his car when the store's set was missing the socket we needed. I will definitely come back to this store whenever I need anything for our vehicles.

Just came from here. First I went to O'Reilly's which was disappointing because they weren't able to read a code. But not when I came to AutoZone Momo wasn't able to get the code at first but she said that it required the VIN number so tell me why weren't they able to distinguish that. So AutoZone now has my service cuz Momo was amazing and being very helpful and made some recommendations as well as another gentleman who was there who recommended a place where I could go get my car fixed. I also purchased washer fluid new windshield wipers and some oil to keep on hand cuz I have older car. Thank you AutoZone

On a Saturday night, Momo, at Autozone in Waterford went overboard and went the extra mile and checked my fuse box on the driver's side. Trying to remedy my taillight situation, that they won't work. So many auto part stores all tried, but she went the extra yard. Thank you so much, and hope you get acknowledged for your kindness. For this time and so many other times helping me. You are the best.

Lucky they were open late on a Saturday and had my part in stock. Friendly staff. Prices stink compared to Amazon but sometimes you need something last minute.

Needed a battery replaced. Went over to O'Reilly's first and they said it needed to be "professionally installed," went over next door to AutoZone and has a battery installed in 15 minutes.

I use to love Auto Zone until today. I always get my parts from them. I went to return my item the young man that's does the returns had an attitude. He didn't like the customer ahead of me he made it known. I was very understanding and polite when he came to returning my item he was being rude. It was like he lost his patience with me because of how the last customer treated him. We was trying to explain the part to him he act like he didn't want to hear it. He works at the cash register closer to the door. He was mad like his car broke down. Every part I ask for he kept telling me they don't have it get it from somewhere else I wish I could remember his name. I had a better experience next door at O'Reilly I never shop there til today O'Reilly will have my business for now on.
