Just an absolute outstanding job. I had recently bought my truck, it was two years old. Who ever had it before me did a bad wax job on it. Autonet took out there swirl marks and put an incredible shine on it. We will be back.

Gross customer service experience. I bought a Groupon for a mobile car detailing service (paying more than I have for the mobile service), and left 2 messages over 4 days to schedule. On the fifth day I got them on the phone and a very apologetic person told me the Groupon offering is out of date because they now have a building. I thanked her for acknowledging the error and scheduled.When I arrived a guy looked over my van and asked what kind of service I wanted. I was confused, but said that the only kind of detailing I had ever had shampooed everything. He said shampoo and stain removal would cost an extra $60. I expressed disappointment, now thrice, in the company as I expected that was included in service. He huffed away saying he would give the service for free, “even though I’ll probably give him a bad review anyway.” I tried to reason with him about the shortcomings I’d experienced as a first time customer. He said I bought the wrong Groupon and was mistaken—they’d never offered mobile (possible—totally something I’d do) except a coworker of his had already apologized and explained—at length—how that wasn’t the case. He said that she said that because I, “pressured her.” I was taken aback at that outrageous claim and he gritted his teeth and said, “can’t you just be nice?!” I ended the interaction as quickly as possible after that, but I’ll let you be the judge if these surfaces were shampooed. Nothing was damp when I picked it it up within 3 hours of drop off.I sincerely hope I was the recipient of unusually combative customer service on a bad day.Service: Auto detailing

Best detail place in town. Gavin worked with my schedule to get me right in after I called. Gave them my boat that I thought was a lost cause. When I got it back looked brand new. Words can’t describe how good of work he does! Highly recommendService: Auto detailing

Gavin just finished up a paint correction and protection on my Jeep today and Im honestly amazed at the job they did. I didnt expect it to turn out as good as it did. I put this thing through the ringer on Drummond Island and came out with a ton of pin-striping and scratches. On top of that, the car wash I was using left horrible swirl marks everywhere. They were able to make it look new again. Absolutely incredible job. Thanks again!Services: Paint repair
