“Blake Fuhr did an oustanding job today helping me. I needed to replace a bad fuse for the cigarette lighter, for using my tire inflator. Blake was very helpful and professional. He located the bad fuse within a couple minutes. I was very happy he took the time to help me. Then, Blake went above and beyond and replaced the fuse free of charge. It was very unexpected! “I experienced the unfortunate event of driving over a plastic garbage bag in the road. It was immediately wrapped around the drive shaft and sucked right into the rear differential of my 1500 Ram truck. It started leaking oil so we replaced the fluids and the seal. While doing that we discovered plastic was embedded in the bearings and an overhaul was required. I called around to multiple shops and dealerships. R&P of Oakland was the only place that understood the exact issue (they've had to fix it many times), gave us a quote on the phone that ended up being almost dead on, and provided excellent customer service. I knew my truck would be in great hands and that the work would be done correctly. They treated me and my husband with respect and professionalism the entire time. They even saved the destroyed bearings to show us how much plastic was hiding behind there. I dropped it off on a Monday afternoon, with the estimated pickup of Friday afternoon. They called me Tuesday morning saying they had a cancellation and the truck was already being worked on. We were able to pick it up Tuesday afternoon. Couldn't recommend this team enough. Their quality of work is unmatched. If you need any axle work done this is the place. Thank you SO much!”
