Beware do not go here!!! Took my cat to get spayed here she was stitched up incorrectly and the came undone. 4 months go by my cat went in heat again after being spayed, I called to bring her him doctor tried making me do blood work and convince me she’s not in heat and charge me $300 for a blood test when it’s obvious she’s in heat. Said he would redo the surgery free of charge when I go to ask about the surgery all he’s willing to do is to open her and sow her back up and only look for remnants not extra ovary then what is the point of making my cat suffer and open her just to leave the problem there. The vet is not knowledgeable said there’s no such thing as cat ultra sounds when there is he lied to me and said he never had this happen before but when I mentioned the reviews he said he only had 4 cases and that my cat is a bad cat. Then he proceeded to ask me to delete my previous review that I did remove but now I’m going to repost because I have to take my cat to a more competent vet.

Best bet I’ve ever been too! My wife and I brought our ruger bear in after a horrific experience at airport vet the day before. Waterford animal clinics staff was so understanding, compassionate, all while showing extreme concern and love for our boy. This will forever be the place I bring my animals.
Thank all you ladies I didn’t catch your names, and the doc as well.

If you’re looking for amazing bed side manor, amazing nurses, amazing doctors and just an all around welcoming, stress free environment… this is your place to go. Not only did we get a next day appointment for our Rottie who hurt his leg, they were super accommodating for our pup and didn’t shy away because he was scared and nervous. The nurses are so caring and lovely and really want what’s best for your animal and the doctor is focused, fast and very perceptive. I personally think their pricing is very affordable. If you have a dog who is skiddish or scared, I would absolutely recommend coming here. I cannot thank them enough for the care of our baby and we are happy to be welcoming to the family.

I absolutely love the team they’re super passionate with animals. our nurse was Angela, she made us feel super welcomed and kept checking on us periodically to make sure everything was going well. the doctor was loving and instantly went to work, finding out what they needed to do. not to mention the pricing is completely reasonable. i took my baby koi in for a check up on an abscess that recently started to form due to an injury. he not only had a high fever, but he also needed surgery. they were super patient with me while i was trying to get a payment set up! they took amazing care of him while i was away. when i came back he was ready to go. they even walked me through all of the medication i needed to administer to him. i love this clinic and the team, they’ll definitely be seeing me again.

Today we had to take our beloved Bella to see a Vet. She is a American Pitbull terrier and is one of the most lovable animals that I've had the pleasure of sharing my life with. We took her to Waterford Animal Clinic, and let me just say how absolutely amazing my experience was with them today. I was fearful of being mistreated because we own a Pitbull, and the stigma around the breed is beyond comprehensible. So of course I went in with an open mind, to the best of my ability. My dog never made them feel uncomfortable, and it showed.. They were very respectful, very informative, and understanding. They gave me my estimate upfront, they talked to me about what they recommend as far as testing, lab work, medications, etc, should be done and gave me the different options to help me make a decision with what I could afford. I will be back for continued care of my dear friend Bella. And her brother Max. Lastly I just wanted to address the staff in this animal clinic, I can't remember the name of the gal who helped us today, but she and Dr. Amir were both amazing and made us feel so comfortable and welcomed. Thank you so much. See you soon.

Our usual vet was booked weeks out and couldn't see our newly adopted sick kitten. Waterford Animal Clinic was able to see my kitten right away. My kitten received treatment and is well and healthy now. Service was affordable.

I had great experience with them. The vet and the associates are all very nice and I think they really care about the animals. I have taken our two dogs and both of them are doing much better after the medication they gave. Please keep it up and Thank you.

Waterford Animal Clinic made sure my very sudden needs were met, even during Covid difficulties.
They then went on to keep up-to-date with my cat, and made sure his medicine was never far from hand, even though it was a special order item.
The care of the staff could be felt when they were speaking about, or looking after my pet. I felt he was in good care at all moments that Waterford Animal Clinic had my back.

The only reason we took our little Daisy May there to be spayed was because of the price. Well you get what you pay for. All the windows are covered with paper. Human beings are not allowed in the building. They come to the car and take your dog in and you cannot go in. Had issues after surgery took urine in. They tested it and tried to tell me that she had these crystals in her urine. So I took our poor little baby to our real vet. Tested her pee she had a urinary tract infection. Antibiotics. To this day there still is one stitch inside of our poor baby. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I want to be with my dog in the building. What are you hiding in there? Beware stay away
