This auto repair place is a hidden gem in Waterford. Located behind the Arby's on highland road this family-owned business will bend over backwards to take care of their customers. I needed a tire repair to continue working and they were able to fix it almost immediately despite having other business to also take care of. They got me back on the road and delivering pizzas again with zero hassle and a great attitude. I would recommend highly.

My daughter just moved to Waterford less than a month ago. She is 2 hours from home. Her car broke down and it was extremely stressful not being there to help. We had her car towed here. Not only did they fix it on a SUNDAY but the bill was also almost 150 LESS than the quote because it didn't take as long to fix as estimated. He treated us like family. He will definitely be our go to shop from now on! Thank you so much!

This shop is top notch for its work and customer service. First off, I was treated with upmost honesty and fairness in both work needing done and pricing. There was some issues with parts bought for my brake job and Alaw made sure to take care of me, in a timely fashion too. Great prices, great service, great people! I called today to see how much it would cost to get my power steering pump replaced and he gave me a great quote and asked when could I get my vehicle in and he said today so I took and dropped it off I’m so excited to have a vehicle that I can steer again

I may have found an honestmechanic and businessman.After calling all over town for a quote to have a broken coil spring replaced, Alaw gladly provided me with a reasonable pice. Not only that, they were willing to put that quote in writing and live up to that promise with no excuses. I was able to schedule dropping off my car the following day, and at the same time they ordered parts. The repair was complete on time, and I w a able to pick up my car that afternoon.They used OEM parts from the dealer, but charged less than half what the dealership quoted me. They even undercut other independent shops by a substantial amount.Prsonable, professional service, completed correctly, on time and affordable -- what more can one ask for!I am beyond satisfied: I give Alaw my highest recommendation for any type of mechanical work you might need. Nothing fancy, just good honest work at a fair price.
