Received EXCELLENT customer service from Kristi at Airport Road Storage in Waterford, MI. She was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She has a great positive attitude! I appreciate her quick response to my phone messages. She went out of her way to assist me in finding a storage space to meet my needs. When her facility was full, she touched base with me over several months until she had an opening. WOW… now that’s GREAT customer service! Keep Up the Good Work Kristi… it was a pleasure working with you!
