Good customer service and the best insurance rates that I could find for quality coverage. Jennifer was very helpful and very informative. I highly recommend that you at minimum sit down and talk with them and compare your rates.I wish I would have found them sooner. I will update this review in 6 months.One day later, a response to the owner, Jon's reply.Thank you for your reply to my review. I am well aware of how insurance rates work and fluctuate. This is definitely not my first rodeo with insurance companies. I am a brand new customer with AAA and your office. An accurate review would not be just from the first day experience. When I said I would update my review in 6 months, it was not solely directed at rates. When I do my reviews I take everything in consideration. In this case (after 6 months), of course it would be rate increases, customer service at your office and customer service at the 800 number. It would also apply if I had any claims and how it was handled. Thank you again for your time. Keep up the good work guys! I could very well be a customer for life.

This agency goes out of their way to make their customers happy. I had a frustrating experience recently regarding AAA and the owner of the agency not only reached out to me to explain the misunderstanding , but went above and beyond to turn around a very stressful situation.

I contacted Jon after poor service from another AAA agent. He responded almost immediately with questions and info that the prior office had never even discussed.24 hours after my initial email all of our policies were moved over to his office and our homeowners alone was reduced by over $500. I'd highly recommend reaching out for great communication and attention, on top of money saving knowledge and effort.
