Walked into store and heard a slew of profanity from the back room clearly directed at a woman’s children. Went up front to checkout & tried to tell the cashier. He got upset with me and said that that was his fiance & maybe I shouldn’t listen. Unbelievable!

Terrible experience. Woman and man in pajamas. Definitely don’t look like they work there. Another person passed out in a chair behind the counter. Looks like drugs. No urgency. They didn’t care I was there at all. Made me very uncomfortable

Beyond the worst store known to man. Should have never even went into business. Do not go to this 711 no matter what. There is a lady with glasses. She is so rude! Worst vibe ever. She is the worst worker I have ever seen. Always got some kids running around when she's working with their shoes off! No socks! The smell is unimaginable. The store is always beyond dirty. The hot food is always freezer brunt. The slurpee area is always a mess and they never work. They got horrible prices overall never recommend even to my worst enemy!

I've been stopping here from time to time for wine, snacks etc for about a year and I've literally never had a bad customer experience. Even when they're busy or the cash register was broken (that only happened once, not like a regular occurrence) the staff is always friendly and act like they actually take pride in their work and care about the customers. Sadly that's rare these days so wanted to give them a shout out ?

Beware of these RIP-off artist. Tag on shelf said 9.49..was charged 12.99. the clerk threatened me, when asked to speak to manager..was handed the $3..then told to never come back, when trying to explain the Michigan state law about over charging
