If I could give zero starts i would. I took my dog there to get fix. Made it clear that I wanted her checked to see if she was pregnant before proceeding and that if she was I wanted to postpone until after the puppies were born. Sitter had been in charge while i was at work and i wanted to be sure. They never checked and we lost all the puppies and almost lost her. They gave us the run around on care, we had to call them for updates multiple times and given different answers that didnt match. Quoted one price for their screw up and charged us more than quoted. Will not take her here again and I encourage other pet parents to think twice or be extremely cautious before going here

Our dog was very sick, and I took him to Wilson's urgent care. The wait was not too long and got the tests and medications our pet needed. He was feeling much better the next day and after three days was back to "normal"! Thanks to everyone there.

Wilson Veterinary Hospital is the only urgent care I bring my pets to. I am always handled with respect and my babies are handled with the most care.

I have been taking my two Labradors to Wilson Veterinary Hospital for the past four years for both orthopedic and internal medicine issues, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the care they’ve received. The doctors here are incredibly knowledgeable and dedicated. I have always felt confident that my dogs were in the best hands. I only had the pleasure of personally interacting with two doctors: Dr. Vitale, who in my opinion is a brilliant surgeon, and Dr. Burge, who is an outstanding and exceptionally detailed diagnostician. They have been consistently thorough, attentive, and truly dedicated to my labradors. I also had consultations with other doctors over the phone, during which diagnostic imaging and lab values were discussed, and I must say, those conversations were very comprehensive and meticulous. I am continually grateful for the care and attention that the doctors provide at Wilson’s.

Rip is the runt of his litter and weighed 17 ounces at six weeks old. His two sisters were three times bigger than him and he was not getting enough to eat so I brought him home. He had his first kitten injection at our vet on September 25th and was wormed. On September 28 we were at Hope College in Holland, Michigan watching the Pull when he started having trouble breathing and wouldn’t eat. Our vet called a prescription into Meijer’s for him and he started to get better the next day. Two days later he was congested again and we were told to double the antibiotic. We did and that worked for another two days. Rip got really sick and congested on Thursday night and our vet suggested we take him to Wilson’s. It was the BEST decision we could have made. We spent several hours there and Rip had x-rays and lots of blood work. He had a nebulizer treatment and was given a nose drop and a children’s chest congestion medicine we could order online from Walgreen’s and have the next day. He has been back for his breathing treatment for four days and he is doing so much better!
Rip had two vets check him out and they worked wonders. He was wormed again and given lots of medical help. The techs and receptionists are wonderful with him and he is well spoiled there!
I can never thank the vets enough for their explanations and encouragement on his illness. They saved my sanity as Rip has become a spoiled and much loved member of our family.
We LOVE Wilson Veterinary Hospital and are happy to be part of their family now! The 24 hour emergency is a wonderful security factor for us as we now know we can be seen at any hour for any problem! Our whole family appreciates the excellent care Rip is getting!!!
♥️♥️♥️♥️

WILSON VET HOSPITAL is the best. My dog needed surgery and everything was explained to me fully. They treated him as if it was there own pet gentle and loving.

Absolutely garbage. Charged me 2,000$ for 2 doses of medicine and then proceeded to keep me waiting in the lobby 2 hours after the appointment just to say the animal is sleeping. Theyre not understanding of any circumstances what so ever. Way too over priced. Never coming here again. Over priced trash.

My french bulldog went into labor when our regular vet was closed. I knew wilsons was my back up plan in case this happened as they are the closest to me at around 1.5 hours away. But honestly I wasn't sure what to expect when I got there. I've met a lot of judgemental vets since starting to breed.
From the phone call to triage to the OR team everyone was so kind and knowledgeable. The vet got on the floor with Marei to introduce herself. And the tech Jeremy was the absolute best. He had the best bedside manner and answered all my questions. Mareis incision is healing perfectly. She came out of anesthesia with no issues and trotted right into the room with me after surgery. All the pups are thriving.
I'm so impressed. If I lived closer I'd be switching vets.

We have been going to Wilson’s for years now. They have been with us through the loss of many of our animals. The staff there are always beyond kind, respectful, helpful, informative and patient. Will forever recommend Wilson’s. Thank you for all you do.

First, let me say that the staff is great. They do a fantastic job of triage and taking care of my pet and their prices are reasonable. It was an extremely long wait until my pet was actually admitted but understandable due to the volume of clients - so no real complaint there. But I do feel that they are not as organized as they could be. I understand that they are a very busy practice but they never called when they said they would plus I left several messages that were not returned. As a pet parent, anxiety runs high and no news is NOT good news.

Nothing but good things to say about Wilson's. Been there several times with my Edmore and Mary. Always quick with getting me in and everyone is sweet.

I wanted to wait for my puppies for recovery before writing a review so a little over a month ago my puppy ate a portion of one of his toys after witnessing him throw up a couple pieces. We rushed him to a vet not only did we wait over eight hours at this vet hospital but we also received an almost thousand dollar invoice for a simple examination and x-rays. We soon left that facility because they couldn't do surgery and drove over 40 minutes to Wilson's. The staff was amazing within a couple hours. They took him to the back for surgery not only where the prices great but my puppies healing process was amazing and we had no complications afterwards. Everyone's entitled to their own opinions, but short of them trimming his nails a bit too short they did a great job we want to thank you and we will make the hour drive from here on out if we ever need to take any of our pets to a hospital thank you so much
