Do not go here, find anywhere else.
I’d like to start out by saying we’ve been coming here for years and it just keeps going down hill. Reception is so rude and gets worse each time. We usually just brush it off.
We went here for a physical to renew an MDOT card and in the urine sample they found red blood cells (possibly indicating kidney stones). They told us to follow up with our primary DR, however when we did that they wouldn’t release their testing to the Dr. We called personally to get the information and they wouldn’t release it. Said we had to come in person to sign the release form. With our work schedules we wouldn’t make it there in time and with the drs office closing for the weekend, it just wasn’t going to work. We asked if they could email the form to the email on file and we can sign it, even take a video if we have to and they said no.
THEY told us to follow up with our primary doctor, shouldn’t they have known we needed that testing information? Any forms to release that should’ve been done that day. Why are you purposely wasting our time?
So if he does have kidney stones, they played a role in delaying his treatment.
Have never had an issue anywhere releasing information to OUR PRIMARY DOCTOR ON FILE. That’s why they are on file. They are not there for the well being of the patient.
Will not be going back.

Fast service, very nice girls at front desk. Megan did my vitals and was very kind and considerate. The doctor did a thorough exam and made me feel like i’m in good shape for my soccer season!!

I was in a real pickle tonight with a nasty ear infection. Cindy and Dr. O’Hallaran were true heroes in my book and got me seen, treated, and out the door in less than a half hour. I cannot say enough nice things about Cindy - a legitimate angel. Urgent cares can be hit or miss, but tonight they knocked it out of the park!

Not a fan of Dr. Mika. He came into the room, didn’t say a word to me, then told me I had a sinus infection. No discussion of symptoms or anything, and prescribed me antibiotics. He walked out without letting me get a word in, and I wanted a Covid test so I could return to work. My whole interaction with him was about 20 seconds long. Super weird and I didn’t feel like he cared at all. I ended up going to another urgent care, and the doctor talked with me about what was going on, gave me a breathing treatment, and diagnosed me with bronchitis. Thankfully I did this, or I wouldn’t be feeling any better.

Cindy and Mitchel were absolutely friendly and professional and love their jobs (career) making me feel quite welcome. Dr. O’Halloran reminds me of an old fashioned family doctor —— He was quite attentive, highly efficient and really listened which demonstrates the wise individual that he is. I could not recommend anywhere better than this! Thank you all so very much.

This place was so ridiculous and unsympathetic. Just because I owed them a bill that my employer was supposed to pay they denied service to my 11 year old son. I would never recommend going there for any illness. The front staff was inexperienced and down right foolish.
