Rick helped me, he was amazing. I came in to set up a new line, get a new phone, and upgrade my existing phone. Rick was incredible at multitasking, helping me with my multi-faceted needs while also assisting other guests. This is BY FAR the best experience I’ve had in 20 years of phone purchases.

I smashed my phone and needed an urgent replacement. I could only make it in 30min before closing and I knew this wasn’t a quick transaction so I was expecting to be told to come back another day, but the service I got was exceptional! Simon greeted me and helped me and assured me that it was no issue. He was also able to get more value for my trade in than expected. He was also super patient with me when we exceeded the time of close. I couldn’t have been more satisfied with the service.

Simon was great! Purchased a new phone and ported a line. He was very kind, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Ended up purchasing their portable home internet and WiFi too which we’re really excited to see all that it can do. Made the whole process fast and easy. Great vibes and great customer service.

Marissa, provided the very best customer service. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, and showed me how things work easily for me to understand. I would give her 10 star rating. The best service I have received to date with Verizon, and have normally good service.

Simon almost caught a Fade, He was so nasty rude and RACIST.I came in to check on my order. He started talking wreckless and Had the nerve to say he was a manager with flip flops on. This store is so unprofessional . If you identify as Black or African American dont Shop at this location. Go To a real verizon store with Real Professional Managers.

I have had bad experiences at some Verizon stores but this one will be my "go to" for now on! Simon was really friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I will call ahead to make sure he is there the next time I have a phone issue!

Poor experience. Decietful marketing practice that include needless, unwanted add on like insurance that was not asked for. Rep seemed more interested in his phone than selling me mine. PS: don't waste any time calling this situation to the attention of the franchisee; their attitude on customer service is similar. Need a cell phone? Go to a corporate store, not franchise.
