I won't go to any other UPS store because of the high quality customer service and the multitude of products at hand! Thank you to each and everyone of these dedicated employees! The blonde worker there gave me the best service! We took care of 3 packages in less than 10 minutes with such a welcoming atmosphere! Top tier customer service I’m so happy with this location for that reason!

States Easy Returns.Returned in orginal bag.The clerk stated that I had to go home to wrap the end of the bag or purchase my own tape.This was not an easy return as you could see her attitude as being rude.I just moved here a quarter mile away and this was my first and last experience with a woman who obviously is not trained in customer service.The correct thing would have stated there was a charge vs buy my tape or go home and wrap.

Store hours are until 6:30pm. Arrived at 6:25pm with an Amazon return that takes less than a minute. Doors were locked. Looked into window. Saw two workers inside. They made eye contact with me, then proceeded to walk to the back room and not unlock the door. Incredibly unprofessional. Open until 6:30pm means 6:30pm, not a random time employees decide they want to stop working. Wasted trip, time and gas. Asinine behavior.

Amazon return that was shipped and sold by Amazon and arrived via UPS was refused because there was a picture of a gun on the box. It’s a stock made out of plastic that in no way shape or form poses a threat to anything. Absolutely pathetic this is the world we live in nowadays.

Julie helped me with all my bridal shower signage, decorations, labels, games. She copied my invitation perfectly. She was attentive and worked so hard on my stuff. By far, my favorite vendor throughout this process. Thanks, Julie!!! They looked beautiful.
