“I am a long haul truck driver and I had struck a rock with my back trailer tire which bent the rim. Dons Tire Service wasn't to far so I limped in to see if they could help. I was informed by Mark (not sure what his position is) that they were closed and everything was shut down for the day. Sadly, there was nothing he could do for me. I thanked him and went back to my truck to see where the next location might be. It was late on a Thursday and raining hard! After striking out a few times I was just placing another call when Mark knocked on my door. I rolled the window down expecting him to tell me Id have to move off the property, but instead he said "back your tire up to that bay door. I'll fix you up!". I was floored! I did, and within less than 10 minutes, Mark had fixed my rim, aired up my tire and refused NO PAY at all from me!! He took a fist bump and said "just glad I could help you! Be safe out there!" You talk about an awesome dude with mad skills and a true heart for the needy! He was truly God sent in a rainstorm! If you need service from a straight up company...no matter what your locomotive needs may be, I highly recommend Dons Tire Service just to see if they could help! “Took my car in for a complimentary maintenance check. Service did an oil change, tire rotation, etc. It was completed quickly. My appointment was at 8:00 and my car was finished by 10:00. I didn't even get a chance to use the loaner they gave me. Well done.”
“I've never had my car repaired here but will in the future should the need arise. I had a tire losing pressure fast so I drove into their lot before opening. A gentleman was inside, and he let me in. Then he fixed my tire, and I was on my way with no charge. Just based on this kind gesture and their amazing reviews, any new repairs that I need done will be done there.”

“Brought my car after my brakes went out, he had them fixed in a day. Told him about a issue I was having with the car after another place "fixed" it, he ran a test on it for free and got right to the bottom of that issue. Brought my car back in to get new tires, and again had it done quick. And I'll be bringing my car in to fix the issue the other place caused. In short, I'm extremely happy with the service here and how well they take care of the customers. I can not recommend them enough.”

“This has been my go to tire place for 25 years, and of coarse, another awesome experience! The ladies in the office are so very sweet and extremely accommodating. My family makes a 45 minute commute because I know we will get fantastic and honest service. I won't let my kids go anywhere else for their tires, or tire repairs because I know this business is honest, and actually care about their customers! If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would!”
“I scratched the heck out of my wheel rim and thought I might need to buy a new one. My worst fear was a several hundred dollar bill. Instead, they were able to fix and smoothen the rim perfectly! You'd never know there was any damage. And they fixed it in about 15 minutes and only charged $50! Customer for life!!”

“Have used their dyno for NASA certifications and some dyno time to have someone remote tune my car on a few occasions.Dave always makes sure I’m set up and have everything I need. If I have a question he’s always ready to drop what he’s doing and help.Chris at the front desk makes sure they charge fair for the dyno time but doesn’t stick it to you like some other shops.Stand up crew and would highly recommend these guys!”
“great place to buy bulk and there isn't a lot of people. the huge benefit they have over Cosco is that they have the app where I can scan and go and not have to wait in line. the only negative is that they have very pushy people trying to get you to get a gift card/ credit card.”

“This is an updated review. The staff went out of their way to turn my initially negative experience into a great one and i highly reccomend them if you're in the area. The first time i was here i had some trouble with a tire replacement and a loode hubcap. They reached out to me personally, replaced my wheel and hubcap for free, and i was very pleased. Extremely helpful and accomodating overall. Some companies still know how it's done.”
