Issues are resolved ... but I had a few issues at this PNC bank branch. My debit card number was stolen and was being used fraudulently, and it took a few visits to the bank and phone calls to their 800 number to stop the card from being used and to restore my funds. Then I had received poor customer service inside the branch on my last visit to close my account. PNC customer service did call me to me to make things right, and I appreciate that effort. They resolved my issues in the phone call and apologized for my poor experience a their branch. (I have not been able to confirm whether it is possible to freeze a debit card from PNC's app if the card is lost or stolen yet, but their customer service agent assured me it is there now.) I'm giving them 4-stars for their efforts to make things right, and for taking my poor experience seriously. My issues resulting from the original fraudulent charges are resolved now, and it seems that they value good customer service.

I am the conservator of my sons estate. This branch continues to block and stop me from my ability to file the paperwork I need to with the court. This is a form of harassment and is inexcusable. This is being reported continually to the court and will force me to use another branch out of my home location causing me more time and money lost trying to simply satisfy the needs of the court of Michigan. I would not recommend this branch to others and at this point would question PNC bank as a whole.Branch Manager Donna left today early instead of helping me file the paperwork I need before the bank closed.

Terrible having to sit for in 45 min to 1hour at the outside service teller either get people in there or getting people knowing what there doing

Need an appointment for anything. I work retail and barely get a weekday off. Not to mention an urgent situation. I don’t have 2 weeks to set an appointment for something urgent. they also let frauds and scams go unpunished and you have to pay up. Will be finding another bank that values me as a customer!

Low limits on ACH transfers to other banks. Nice people, horrible bank polices. Won't be keeping my money here for long. Shop elsewhere.
