Do NOT come here if you or your child has life saving medicine thats needed. Lazy, rude, not helpful. Will waste your time by sending you texts that scripts are ready when they are not. Been coming to this pharmacy for 5 years with no problems but it has gone down hill tremendously in the last couple of years.

Dropped off a prescription for my dog. I told the lady I had a Good RX coupon code and she took it. It was for $6.72. When I came to pick up my prescription the total was $29.90. I told them again about the coupon and they said the coupon was for 30 capsules and his prescription is for 90 capsules. I said okay but it should still be less. They had no help to offer so when I got home I went back on the app and found an option to change the quantity. I updated it and the total was $9.75!! I paid $20.00 more than I should have all because he couldn’t help me and tell me to change the quantity. Again, I’ve never used this app before and this is their daily job. They could have let me know but couldn’t be bothered.

The absolute worst. I’ve only been coming here for about a month. Every time I have a prescription that needs to be picked up they don’t have it in stock. They say they will order it for the next day. Call the next day asking if it’s ready they say they never ordered it and they’ll order it for the following day. Call the following day still don’t have it. It’s always chaos. I transferred my prescriptions to another pharmacy because the service here is ridiculous.

The pharmacist screwed my antibiotics order... which I did not have enough pills for for 5 days for my kid to take. The prescription order was resented again by our doctor to pharmacy, and I was waiting again for another 2 pills. We have a one day gap without taking a pill between.

Rude, incompetent, and narcissistic. They kept asking about “the strength” but refused to tell me which medication. Eventually I figured out that they were questioning my prescription as if they know better than doctors and patients.

LIES LIES LIES that's what they do. I switched to this location because I moved, not a very good experience. When I call to transfer or pay and ship my medications it usually requires two phone calls because the first person I speak with doesn't follow through or lies and claim they did when they did not. I will be switching back to the other location where I never had an issue.
