“This is a belated 5 star review. It should have been written in early August 2023, after the great experience I had there. I used this location to pack and ship several items including a desktop PC, and a lamp and shade. I also brought in several cartons I had packed myself. The employee who helped me was wonderful! So cheerful and patient. When the costs were totaled, she asked if I belonged to AAA or AARP, which I do, which gave me a discount. I've been using UPS for years in Michigan and Florida, and no one has ever mentioned those discounts. I was delighted. Now, here it is January 2024 and I'm just opening the boxes they had packed for me. OMG! What an amazing job they did: everything wrapped so carefully! No shortage of bubble wrap or tape at all! They even hand made a separate little box for a light bulb. Plus they neatly packaged a couple of old potholders I meant to toss out, and included a cute little note with a smiley face on it. So, 5 months later I'm finally writing this review. I just had to write and commend the store and the great employee who helped me. I'm so sorry I don't have her name now. If I do find the original bill of sale and her name is there, I'll edit this to give her the public acclaim she deserves.Thank you, UPS on Livernois near Walton! Job VERY well done!p.s. I've used this location in the past, and always thought they did a great job. This time, the experience went far beyond! Thank you for providing such excellent service.”

“Absolutely amazing service. Since I don’t drive I had to walk a bed frame to go return it and the workers there were extremely helpful and even offered me a bottled water since I was exhausted from carrying it from my apartment. I highly recommend this particular UPS store.”
“They added a 3rd register as well as self service return option which is great. The store is nice and organized. The staffs are friendly and knowledgeable. Parking is very convenient, right outside of the door. Very positive over all experience for a regular customer at this location.”

“Great UPS store with great service that is very friendly. The prices are very reasonable and they keep the place running very smoothly. I have been here many times over the years and have never had a problem. I highly recommend coming to this UPS location you won't be disappointed. The store is a little small but they make up for it with the their fast and efficient service. There is usually never a wait longer than 5 or ten minutes here and many times there is never a wait at all.”
