I went in to get dip mani and the nail polish taken off my toes. I was there for over two hours, which was a little frustrating. Left with scratches all over my nails, dip isn’t suppose to look like this. Left with two fingers bleeding and the shape of the was very awkward looking. He told me, people won’t notice them, as if I get my nails done for others. My time and money was wasted.

I’ve been coming to Paul for a little over 4 years now and he always does an incredible job. He’s opened early for me and stayed open late for me as well just so he can fit me in his schedule. Truly an amazing person who cares about his customers. I can’t say enough good things.Services: Nail art

this is hands down the worst nail salon i’ve ever been to in my entire 18 years on this earth, they are rude as ever have no human decency, i didnt even have to tell them i didn’t like my nails they just told me “sit down and will take it off and u don’t pay” and my appointment was at 2:30 they didn’t sit us until 3:30, they are very unprofessional and very unorganized i hope for all of your best interest you guys never go to a salon like this. if i could get this place a 0 rating i would, i payed $30 for something i could’ve done myself and they show no respect for others, i’ve never written a review in my life so for me to actually say something should show everyone this salon needs to be shut down.

I moved to this area about a year ago and tried a handful of nail salons before finding Image. Now I will not go anywhere else! The work is flawless, prices are reasonable and they are SO accommodating with appointment times. Do yourself a favor and call Paul NOW!

Fastest dip I've ever had so that was nice, but not the best work I've had. Dip was thicker than I like, especially at the cuticle so it won't look very nice when it grows out. They were on par with most places nearby. I'd go back.Edit: added a star after I went back to have dip thinned out. Paul was kind, patient, and gave me exactly what I asked for. Will return.

Ugh. Just terrible. The owner was horribly rude. I asked her for coffin nails which were an up charge (fine) but she gave me very very square nails on 8 out of my 10 fingers. Th told me there's another client behind me and she doesn't have time to fix it. I walked in with a happy attitude and she made me leave feeling like complete crap. Wouldn't chuckle at anything. Horribly rude!!!!!!!!!!!!! I asked for a color that I loved on my cell phone and she responded, "idk I have tons of colors go look yourself" and that truly shocked me because every nail place in the past would make sure they would come up to me with 3-4 different options that looked just like what I wanted. This stuck up attitude is not going to get far with regular people. What a shame. Even if this location IS close to me, I WILL go OUT of my way to go somewhere else. 0 stars if I could. Nails look like crap and I left extremely stressed. Warning: DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE TRYING TO RELAX BECAUSE they are NOT pleasant at all.
