Getting money out of Huntington is impossible. Cash. Etc. If they need documentation you have to fax it or mail it too them...

Opened an account online a few backs… can’t access any of my money, teller at the bank was zero help. Online customer service zero help after two attempts. Spending way more time on this than I would of liked.

Seriously- the first day open after Christmas and 1 teller working the lobby and 1 working the drive-thru? Managers walking past every 5 minutes, looking busy, saying nothing' (not even acknowledging customers) Recently opened 6 figure money market - totally unimpressed ?

I don’t know if his name is spelt Jon or John, but a few days ago I had an issue with the ATM and had to come inside to figure out the problem. This man is the nicest and most helpful person I’ve ever had an encounter with at a bank. Fully deserves a raise- helped me beyond recognition.

I've been banking with them over 10 years. I went to get something notarized and spoke with them the day prior to confirm they could notarize my documents. Then next day I went into the branch, waited 20 minutes and then the teller, Manny, refused to notarize my documents. Her explanation was because she didn't know what I would do with the documents. I pointed out that she doesn't know what anyone does with notarized documents when they leave the facility but that didn't seem to register with her. Will be closing my account and not doing any further business with this bank. Very frustrating to be treated like a criminal!!

Worst branch ever! Went to deposit CASH and they wouldn’t take my cash because I didn’t have the account number. She refused to look it up. I will looking for a new bank that would like to take my cash.

Great place for banking. Professional and customer focused. They assisted me with my new accounts and getting my debit card for my LLC. highly recommend them for banking needs.

Bad customer service at teller desk at Huntington Bank at 30 mile road in Washington, MI (right across street from Kroget). She said two pieces of ID. I kept showing so many pieces and all she would say is no, no, no. That does not make sense to me if i showed my drivers license and other credit cards, and other cards with photo on it! She even rolled her eyes at me with a sarcastic, I am truly sorry!! I just moved out here, and needed a closer bank. I will not be banking here. Very disappointed!!
