We love the crew over at Heidebreicht Chevrolet! Purchased 2 used vehicles from them, get all our vehicles serviced there and just bought our 1st new car from them. Jessica was amazing, helped us build the car wanted and made the whole process amazing. I have a GMC Sierra now and told her that she did such an amazing job with getting us the car my wife really wanted, that I would be back to buy a Silverado.

I had a great experience. This was my first time at the Heidebreicht dealership and I have zero complaints. They had outstanding customer service skills. Everyone I talked to was super polite and respectful. All of my concerns and questions were met with positive encouragement and answers. I have no doubt in my mind that I made the right choice. A special thank you to James our salesman. He went above and beyond to meet our expectations and im super grateful I was able to work out such a wonderful deal with him. I also really appreciate that he was kind and patient with having my two crazy kids present. They can be quite the handful but James knew we were on a mission and he helped us reach our goal distractions and all!

After visiting a few dealerships around the metro detroit area, and having no luck in finding the vehicle we wanted at a price point that was manageable- my wife and I were referred to check out Heidebreicht. We were more than surprised when one of the owners, John Boyce, took time out of his day to listen to our needs and come up with some options that would work for us. John was awesome, and set us up with another great person- Matt O. We were purchasing a chevy ev blazer, and Matt was an expert at understanding the vehicle, and was able to walk us through the process of understanding the vehicle, things to keep in mind, and things to avoid. He was also a pleasure to work with. You could tell that Matt not only enjoyed his job, but he really loved helping people. Everyone in the dealership was so nice, knowledgeablee, and professional. They have gained a customer for life, and we couldn't be happier!

I bought a brand new 2024 Traverse and I put the third row seats down once and they don't work properly, I brought it back and they had it for 2 days and had to order parts,that was back in may still nothing. They tell me parts are on order and will call me when there in. I'll never buy another chevy product

Jessica Goike is a wonderful person to deal with. She was very patient and kind with me. She is thorough in her knowledge of the car buying process and made it very easy to complete the purchase of my 2024 Traverse RS. I was told, by the service writer, that it would take 45 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation; but, I only had to wait a half-hour. These guys are great.

This prompt should really say "please tell us more about your experience WITH our dealership" because for this vehicle lease process (turning in a lease 12 months early, and getting a new lease), I was only AT the dealership for 40 minutes. Don't get me wrong, Heidebreicht is a lovely place, but I was very happy to be able to handle so many aspects of this process through phone calls and text messages. James Panoff was super-responsive, full of good insight, and thorough in guiding me through the process and answering any questions I had. When I did finally go to the dealership to turn in my old vehicle and sign for my new one, Brianne Wiers had all the paperwork ready to go, explained everything quickly and efficiently, but was totally comfortable with slowing down to clarify anything I misunderstood. Overall, it was a super smooth experience, and I would recommend Heidebreicht to anyone.
