Ordered a 22 Camaro and the dealership was everything I had hoped for. No problems taking my order, no hard sell on warranties or financing, accepted my GM discount, and no dealer markup. All new car buying should be like this, fun and exciting, not stressful and aggravating. Dealerships like this need our support.

This was my first time buying a car from a dealer and every step of this process was easy and wonderful. I highly recommend coming here. I found the car I wanted listed online (a pre-owned equinox) and sent an inquiry and immediately Steve called me and talked me through it. He was incredibly friendly and helpful in teaching me how it works. I put a deposit on it until I could come see it and he held it for me. When I went to see it, it was all ready to go and wonderfully detailed and cleaned. The car is beautiful and I feel like I got a great deal and am so thankful to have came here. Deanna helped with the paperwork and was also incredibly friendly and funny, I really loved talking to her. The customer service I had here from Steven and Deanna was excellent and I appreciate them for helping me get my car and working with my budget, as well as explaining the financing. They were great and I'll be sure to recommend anyone looking to come here. Thank you guys!! I'm so happy!

I had the pleasure of working with Jerry B. over the past 6 months on ordering a 2022 Camaro SS. It was a long wait (due to chip shortages) but Jerry made the experience nothing short of great. He kept me updated the entire time while I had to wait for it to be built. And come delivery day made the new car experience unforgettable. Jerry is an awesome person all around, he came highly recommended, and I look forward to doing more business with him in the future! You're the man Jerry! Loving this Camaro!!!!

I had a tight window to have the brakes done on my work van and they accommodated me beyond my expectations. What I thought was just front brakes was the front and the rear with rear calipers. The professionalism and quality was beyond my expectations,

Years ago I tried this dealership for a new car, ended up going somewhere else for business. Here I am today. Giving them a chance to earn my business back and again I'll be taking my money somewhere else. Highly dissatisfied.

Absolutely the worst body shop. Tony and Jeff in that shop are extremely rude. Brought a new vehicle in for a bumper replacement and a paint bubble touch up after hitting a deer. Should have drove to a Detroit chop shop. They used a paint marker to try and mask the paint bubble that they chipped off and the paint was still chipping back. Tony apparently doesn't know anything about what's going on with this job so I had to speak with Jeff again who tried to convince me that's what I asked for. Both seemed to blame the other and lack of communication but either way i would be embarrassed to have employees like that dealing with customers. Hopefully if you get caught in a bind you can get your car to any other shop than this.

Just leased a truck from Heidebreicht, it's my fourth dealer purchase and by far the best new car transaction I've had. I was all over the place with what I wanted and the sales rep Jenna stayed with me the whole way through. Both the sales rep and the woman who did the financing paperwork Deanna were great. I had to have spoken to 5 dealerships and was most comfortable with this one. Seemed honest and truly in my best interest. The real "wow moment" was that I joked with them that my wife wouldn't be able to jump up into the truck and the sales rep went the extra mile and had placed a step stool in the truck before we got there. It's the little things I guess, it made me smile (which is not my usual expression when I spend money).

I have had a lot of really negative experiences at local dealerships. This one was recommended by a friend who works for GM, saying they are very nice and accommodating. I was skeptical given all of my experiences at other nearby dealers. I walked in not knowing any of the sales people, but was greeted by Jacob Frank. Unlike the other dealers, he was not rude about the fact I had five remaining payments on my current lease. He clearly understood my situation and was there to provide me all options possible. He spent probably an hour and a half or more running numbers in front of me. I told him I didn't want to increase my payment. With various factors, Jacob was able to get my payment down close to where I needed it to be. I walked away that day without actually making the purchase. A couple of weeks later, I gave Jacob a call. He was very easy to reach and was able to explain the process to me. We did most of what needed to be done via phone or email. He was really responsive. He was able to get me to my exact payment with minimal money down. I was impressed by how nice and personable he was. His service was not something I was used to. The support staff at the dealer were also really nice. I didn't have much contact with others, aside from the financial guy. When I went in to pick up the car, it took maybe an hour. At other dealers, I've spent literal hours upon hours going through the process. I was happy that it was smooth and QUICK. I was out of there within an hour and a half, at most. Jacob also went over all the features on my car and made sure I had everything I needed to sign up for the Chevy Rewards, OnStar and SiriusXM. I had such a great experience here and I would recommend it to anyone in the market for a new car! :)

They don't do walk ins unless they have an appointment slot open I guess? I went in for an oil change around 11:30 on a Thursday and was told all their techs were on break from 11-1 (2 hour lunch break? Yeah okay) and that they could only schedule me the following day. I found it hard to believe they couldn't take me at all in the 8 and a half hour time frame that they were open. Ended up driving 30 minutes to Buff Whelan where it was an hour and a half wait but at least they got it done.

My Silverado has a vibration at acceleration that is not normal. After riding with service manager I got the response I expected. He said they all drive like that. I am retiring from GM and I can tell you that my next vehicle purchase will be a Ford truck. My brother-in-law has the same exact truck as mine except it is a Ford F150. I even think his 6-speed trans is shared with GM. His truck does not "drive like that".

Always 5 stars from our salesman Joe Keast, he couldn’t make anything any easier for us and I can’t say enough good things about him! Love that this dealership is honest and isn’t trying to hide any fees or get you In the door under false pretenses.

My parents bought an Equinox, now I demo-ed a Cruze. Man, this dealership rocks! Thanks Kurt, John, and Jim Green. Best Chevy dealership ever!!! Day #1 w/ 2017 Cruze ... Started out w/ road refreshments from Target on 26 Mile, did some shopping on Hall Road, then over to Lake Orion for T-Bell, and some night driving. Excellent night, awesome ride. Thanks Kurt Heidebreicht, Jim, Brad and Mike!!!
