Greenfield was a pleasure to work with. The office staff was helpful, repairs were done within the estimated time and were done to perfection. My car was much cleaner, both inside and out, when I picked it up. They even cleaned my floormats!!!

I took my car here to get fixed after a accident and the front bumper is not level at all and the skid plates were not reinstalled correctly by them would not recommend this place

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Greenfield Collision. Despite their assurance that my car was ready, the reality was far from it. The gaps on the panels were terribly uneven, the color didn't match, and to top it off, they reused old parts on my brand new OEM bumper without even bothering to attach it properly. The last straw was the shoddy paint job, complete with a black line around the entire edge and a glaringly obvious lack of color match. Avoid this place at all costs; it's nothing short of shady craftsmanship.

This shop is the best. All of the staff goes above and beyond all of your expectations. Everybody is so friendly and will do there best to assist you. I love Theresa she don't even mind if you harass her a little bit or a lot like I did. I would recommend everybody to use this collision shop if they need any body work on their vehicle!! Kudos to all the staff you're truly the best and I really appreciate all of your help!!

I wrote a review in March of this year and I guess they had it deleted .
If you’re deciding to bring your car here DO NOT! I have a hybrid/electrical car and they completely BUTCHERED it. They literally placed a band aid on my car and got it fixed in less than two weeks RED FLAG when proper repairs should have taken a month or more. I paid $4200 out of pocket and ended up suing them and won. And what’s worse is NONE of their mechanics were licensed while working on my car and had 9 violations. It’s is now Nov and do to their POOR work on fixing my car i still am having issues and wanted to sue for more because I knew it would cost more to fix their mistakes . This is the worst collision shop ever. They placed screws in that go in furniture on my car, my hid doesn’t fit, my side bumpers are lifting and they left wires hanging at the bottom of my car and refused to fix my bumper when I brought it to them again to fix issues. They’re absolutely terrible!
