I got dip done there, they looked thick, ugly, they used no light to harden them and they weren’t shiny at all. Within 3 days 2 had chipped. I called and when I mentioned I wasn’t happy with the way they looked overall, they told me to go elsewhere. Very disappointed since I just moved to the area and was hoping since this place was so close that it could be my new nail salon. Also pricey!!!

Went here a couple of weeks ago. I gave it three stars because the people that work there are extremely friendly and very easy-going. However, the quality of the nail is not what I expected. I got a a pedicure and acrylic nails done. After about a week, the nails started to come off at week 2, 3 nails had come off. Additionally, the design that they did on the nail was that of someone who didn’t quite have the ability that I expected a nail technician to have. However, the people are very nice and if you’re in the market for a simple, pedicure and manicure then this place will work for you anything other than that and you should probably find somewhere else to go.

Awful!! I came in for a Dip and Pedicure. The dip is peeling off and it has only been 5 days. I called and spoke with the owner and he told me that's just the kind of Dip he has. Paid a lot of money for an incredibly poor job and zero customer service

I was referred here by another service industry member. I paid $55 for the most subpar pedicure I've ever had. The workers/owners did not make me feel welcomed nor were they very friendly just in general. They didn't ask me how hot I'd like the water, didn't ask me what kind of pedicure I wanted, didn't mention anything about working the chair and they were obviously in a hurry even though there were NO other customers! I would not recommend this place based not only on the service but the chair was very old and not very nice at all! I like a long, relaxing pedicure! As an added bonus they had news on featuring ED commercial and it was loud! And super bright lights were very uncomfortable! Yuck!

I asked for pink nails with hearts for v day but I got pink nails with hair in them and triangles on them!!! He blamed it all on me when it was his fault. I paid 53 dollars for a fill which at my normal place I pay 35. I left the salon crying and came back in to get them fixed. I told him about the black hairs in them and the damn guy told me he couldn't see it, he took his glasses on and off to try and see and still did he couldn't, my friends pointed out the peices of hair to him and he finally saw it after 4 attempts. He then filed all the polish off to re do it all leaving my nail bumby and never re did the hearts. I PAYED FOR HEARTS AND DIDN'T GET NO DAMN HEARTS,I got triangles. The guy was very hard to understand and had an attitude the very first time I talked to him. I would try to start a convo while he was doing my nails and he just ignored me. I have acrylic all over my fingers as well as polish. He told me I should've picked a different color after he was done painting them and said I smudged my nails. All in all it was a terrible experience, by far the worst time I've EVER gotten my nails done and I've been getting them done for almost two years now, I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I found this salon through Google and am so happy to have! The staff was all very friendly and my nail professional did such a good job at making sure my dip nails were strong. I look forward to going back in a few weeks.Services: Dip powder

Very nice with good customer service, but I was unhappy with the quality of my nails. Polish didn't cover my entire nail and the design was quickly placed without care and looks very amateur. Filing was also poorly done. Unfortunately it's very close to my house, but I will not be returning.
