prices are high and I had my pool liner replaced and the guy (the owner's son) only brought one drain when I told them I needed two. He actually had me run to the store to get another one and didn't even lower the price. I will never do business with them again.

Stay away. Rude, expensive, not knowledgeable and no returns. Told the owner that I had Sodium Bicarbonate already. She sold me Alkalinity Up anyways. I tried to return it and was told there are no returns. Also told me that Sodium Bicarbonate is for raising ph.

Little building stuffed with just about anything you might need for your pool or spa. They usually have what I need in stock.

Not actually open during their posted business hours on the door for "October"--10-6pm M-F. Neon "Open" sign still illuminated. I arrived before 5:30p. Not my first $hit experience here.

If you have a spa dolphin pool supplies is not the place to go!! I was a loyal custmer for 20 years until today. The help is all young and inexperienced the stated they can test a spa because they have to prioritize pools per the owner. Im sorry but a spa owner's spend more money on any given day on spa supplies.

The staff is awesome! I use them for all my pool supplies and recently changed to them for my pool closing. They are helping me resolve issues I had from another pool company which I greatly appreciated. I will definitely switch to them for all my future needs with repairs or annual maintenance.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. They were out of what I needed at one store but had it waiting for me at this location. Went to 6 big stores before I thought about a pool store. Wish I had first would have saved hours, they saved my weekend.

Great pool store with fast service I always get what I need here with no problem. Very well stocked store. They have everything needed including pumps in stock. Thank you for the great service.
