Finally closed my account. Have had Chase since I was in high school and have never been treated like I matter like the other banks do. Also have never benefited from having Chase. No extra cash back, points, freebies. Will be more satisfied going elsewhere.

This is THE worst Chase branch I’ve ever experienced. The ATM never works and going inside is weird due to no counter with tellers. If I wasn’t lazy af, I’d close this account and move.
