Private Client means nothing when there are no tellers let alone a private client advisor. Came in for a certified check and it took over 1/2 hour because no one is here to help. There isn’t even a drive through here. Rethinking my bank of choice

Used to love this branch, but it’s pointless now as it only has an ATM. Bring back the tellers and giving people actual help. Please. We refuse to go to the atrocious Chase employees at 26 Mile anymore.
